Drove for two plus hours to be 18 minutes late and told rudely they were too busy to see my 80 year old mother who was obviously struggling from the trip and needed to just get the scan done. My mother is very frail ( 74 pounds ) and doesn't need extra trips amid covid. Very poor showing and VERY rude staff. Shameful really.

Terrible communication, very rude. Drive in for an appointment was on time but in the wrong “lab” better signage is needed. No effort to see me even after knowing I drove in 2 hours for an appointment and talked to me like I was a child.

Was called by them for a xray. They said 4 o'clock Friday. Went there and closed. I called the number that called me. And Cam answered.it was a random private cell number. According to there website they close at 2 on Fridays.

Expecting my first baby and they absolutely robbed all the joy and happiness of being able to see the first ultrasound. Not only were the ladies there rude and blunt but they refused to answer any of my questions regarding the ultrasound. Also due to “covid” numbers my baby’s father wasn’t able to come experience what should be a shared experience despite the fact that we’re from the same household, vaccinated and wearing masks. I feel it’s beyond unfair to exclude the fathers.

The front desk clerk was very rude to my partner, and it appears that based on the reviews here, it's quite common! We will be going for an ultrasound at the hospital instead! Hopefully management cares enough to deal with these piling up complaints.

Extremely offensive rude young clerk at the front desk made incredibly inappropriate comments about the fact that I just moved here my marriage status etc. Absolutely no attempt at patient confidentiality as this occurred 2 feet from 8 other patients. Staff didn't change gloves between patients and using computers etc. Not a single staff member washed or used hand sanitizer in the hour I was there and my doctor got a lovely useless ecg with improperly placed leads. Go to the hospital to have your tests done. It will be safe meaningful and confidential.
