Have great facilities including accessibility, rest rooms, etc, but very poor, racist and non-welcoming customer service by once or more staffs. I went there for my vaccination and was treated very badly by the vaccination staff even though I tried to be humble and polite enough to tell a concern I had regarding vaccination. She was then very nice and humble to the people who came after me and even thanked them for coming in. Very shocked by her pathetic service and behaviour. Lack of training or lack of proper hiring could be a reason. If somebody is looking just for facilities and access, this place might be okay, but wouldn't recommend if you are also looking for a good service.

Nice local pharmacy and convenience. The staff here are always friendly and it has a diverse selection of goods in the store. I've definitely found myself without baking powder in the last and was pleasantly surprised that I found some close to home within this store. This store is relatively wheelchair friendly, and has a wheelchair for store use within the doorway. It's also attached to the medical center and has access to the walk in clinic. They also sell some goods from the neighboring diner near the cash!

Very helpless to be with the doctor in the clinic as receptionist gave us appointment timing on 27th july sunday 8:30 am and waited till 9:30 outside but clinic opens at 11:30 am and when we visited there around 11:10 and showed that receptionist how she by herself wrote on a paper 8:30 am she gave a little smile and said i wrote it wrong not even sorry and make us wait till 26 th number in the row. How pathetic it is ! I wish i would have been able to give stars in negative.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to I was young in my late teens early twenty's I just had a surgery and went to get my pain pills. They actually Held me there and wouldnt let me leave till they called the doctor and my mother to make sure it was real while I was 21 with ID. Ive also saw a young man try to buy needles , the cashier took his money said if he wanted it back his mom would have to come get it. whether they were for illicit drug use or not she stole his money and denied that him access to clean needles promoting needle sharing.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Always leave a phone call in tears because of how rudely I am spoken to. Whoever works the phone doesn’t care about your health, just their pay check. Terribly saddens me.

Very unfortunate first experience with the pharmacy team. Unorganized, unfriendly. Took more than 20 minutes to rudely tell me the prescription was already delivered. We will be switching my mother back to Murphy's ASAP. She was forced to switch when she moved into long term care. Unbelievably poor service.
