Had an issue with a gift card purchased here and two cashiers were super helpful, sticking with it until we got it figured out. I've also picked up prescriptions and have always received friendly service.

My most recent experience with this Murphy's Pharmacy location was absolutely fantastic. The people there a dedicated to their community and the store is on a foundation of putting people first. The offer everything a person could need and genuinely want to assist you with your needs. You're a part of the Murphy's family and so much more than a customer. Dueing this visit, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Darlene. Darlene is one of those very extraordinary people who want to make everything perfect and she does it so wonderfully by all the ways she's there for her customers. She exemplifies the "people first" approach that makes Murphy's a special place to shop and an important place in our community!

Not a very long wait, nice receptionist. The physician I dealt however, had an incredible lack of empathy, didn't listen at all, and was rather condescending. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE with mental health needs go to this clinic.

I have been getting my prescriptions at the Parkdale Pharmacy for as long as I can remember. The staff are very helpful and I never had to wait for more than 20 minutes or so. I won't get my prescriptions anywhere else!

A great waste of time!! Waited for over 2 hours at the walk-in clinic just to be told that they don't prescribe or "deal with" any kind of mental health issues. I asked the receptionist why and they couldn't even give me an answer. They said that they turn a lot of people away all the time regarding this issue. If they're turning this many people away, they should at least put out a sign saying they don't handle mental health! Just a thought.

Biggest cheaters. Got prescription for some kind of stomach powder Jun 13th. Paid 117 $ and was told price is for 3 months package. Received two boxes and had to refill twice. Today had to pay 58 $ for two boxes and was told that I have to pay each month package separately because " I did not understand ". Then I asked why is price now double cheaper. They said price is " double" dropped down in last month . I have no insurance and now I hate them.

After years of going here for my prescriptions, I just cannot count how many times they have either not filled a prescription, or lost a prescription. Lately every one of my experiences here has been screwed up and it is a waste of my time waiting for them to fix the issue. I stayed and gave it more chances but after today I refuse. Horrible customer service. They talk to you like your the dumb one when you try to explain what the issue is. Waited over 30 minutes today finally got the amount of pills they owed me and will not go back.

Moved my medications from here to shoppers due to bad customer service. The perks of it being a Murphy run place where he helps cover medication costs if your struggling didn't outweigh the rude pharmacy techs, medication errors, and "lost" refills. I have heard they have gotten better since then. But I'm not risking it.

I always go to Murphy's Pharmacies for my Radio Bingo cards but I have been going there for many, many years for my prescriptions and any medical supplies that I require. I find the staff especially helpful in response to any of my inquiries. And it's always nice when Ray is around to say "Hi" to me. He never forgets a customers name and that is really nice. It makes you feel like a valued customer.

They don't listen. Pretty much every second time I go in I have to wait 20 to 30 min because they screw up my prescriptions. I was also given the wrong prescription years ago. Almost took the wrong pills.

I have been a patient here ever since I was a kid .I trust the pharmacists here as they have caught any potential drug interactions or if something prescribed has an ingredient that I'm allergic to Once in a while though when I'm getting refills on more than one medication at the same time one won't make it into the bag. Today I had to go back to the pharmacy to pick up the missing refill . All in all though I'm pretty happy with Parkdale pharmacy
