The staff of Morell pharmacy are top shelf ! They are all so willing to help and offer suggestions and perhaps more importantly, they are quick to advise us if we are going to make a bad choice with off the shelf medications. Awesome, awesome support. We are so lucky to have them in Morell !

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever ever been to. Sandra is one of the most unprofessional, verbally abusive and rude pharmacists I have ever encountered. She will yell at customers, question doctors prescriptions and make you feel the size of an ant. Forget standing up for yourself, as she will yell at you in front of others and then ignore you and be extremely nice to those other customers. This has happened to me countless times. If you want your human rights violated, if you like to be judged and humilated in front of others than this is the pharmacy for you!! Those with addictions have an up hill battle to fight everyday, throw in any life stressors and it can be extremely hard, throw in a disease that is incurable and most would be destined to fail. On top of that throw in pharmacists who judge, who humiliate and who think that addicts need to learn how to manage stress and pain and not increase their medication and you will really fail. Sandra has no right to judge a doctors prescription, she has NO right to tell anyone they dont know how to manage stress/pain and then not allow anyone to defend their self because she thinks they are "upset". Pharmacists have an oath to take and beyond this oath, in order to be professional, a pharmacist would need to have compassion, sympathy and empathy for those who are having a difficult time. In no way should any pharmacist yell at anyone humiliate anyone in front of customers or have someone leave their store crying. I should not have to drive an hour away to a different pharmacy because a pharmacist verbally assaults and humiliates their patients!! As long as Sandra ia running this pharmacy, it will have issues. I will never give her the opportunity to degrade and attempt to humiliate me again. CBC news and the privacy commissioner need to investigate this woman ! I feel bad for anyone who has to encounter this woman and her opinions, and highly suggest any addicts switch to the queen street pharmacy as the pharmacists their are amazing!!
