Really really poor customer service, I go there as its not far from where I live. I’ve been getting my meds there for at least 6 months and todate they have literally NEVER gotten the fills correct not even once. This weeks adventure started with me speaking to a woman at 11 am and being told to come back in 40 minutes. We decided to avail of the acceptable wait time and grab some food n a coffee. We actually gave them closer to an hour. Once back at the pick up area I was told maybe 5 times my prescription was on file??, not understanding what this ment I explained over n over again that I spoken to “Nakita” who had said to come back after said waiting period which I had done. Anyhow I’m still not sure what this “on file” means but nothing had been prepared so I was instructed to come back again in about half an hour. This time we went to Winners and gave them extra time returning in 1 hour. Again I was meet with confusion and maybe 2 - 3 staff asking all the same questions. This time I was being a little more direct explaining I was now waiting well over 1.5 hours, this was my 3rd time here, it was exceptionally quite owing to the heavy snow at the time and most importantly 1 of the meds, I actually needed to take immediately. Again I was told to wait. When my order was located the guy opens each bottle trying to count the number of pills which had been filled. This was directly to the side of the cash register behind the plexiglass. Separating some pills into the container lid and leaving some in the container. He wasn’t wareing gloves or and mask and spent a further 10 mins doing this. A few customers came and went and eventually I was given my meds. I seriously question the ability, hygiene standards and overall management of this place. The only positive is this time I received 3 months worth of refills so I won’t be seeing them for a while. Honestly how hard can it be to read a faxed in prescription and despence some pills??? Only reason I return is, its near to where I live and I’m am hoping one day they’ll surprise me and just get it right.
