At first the staff were ok. Then as time went on I noticed a huge change! I feel now like I'm being judged because of the medication I'm on... They made me cry on more then one occasion! I was denied my medication by a staff member who started not even a year ago. Sime black guy, I could just feel the dislike in his eyes when he looked at me! I'm changing Pharmacys because of this one "pharmasist" dont these ppl go to school for years?! You would think they would have learned Customer Service and practise them on a daily basis, not just when they feel like it.... Very disgusted with this place! First Nations make up for a lot of ppl who use their services. But theres lots of other pharmacys

My 82 year old father lost his hearing aid while putting on his mask before going into the Doctor's office today. He didn't realize it until we got home. I called the pharmacy to get the number of the Doctor's office. Natalie answered the phone and went above and beyond providing excellent service by offering to look for it. She found it in the parking lot! We are so grateful to her. The replacement woul have cost over a thousand dollars. We appreciate her wonderful service and helpfulness. She is our heroine!!????????
