I have a great doctor there. Staff is nice. It's handy that they have a lab available there as well as day surgery I think. You can get things like colonoscopies done there. Physiotherapy is available too. The female physiotherapist I had was very nice and knowledgeable. They also have a free pick up van available to pick you up and return you home if you book ahead. Having a pharmacy available onsite is handy too. Overall I think it's a pretty good place.

This place is amazing. One stop for all your health and medical care. You receive and warm smiling greeting from the clerk at the front desk as soon as you walk in. This is the hub of the clinic where you can book all apts and get information you need. I love that all my health care needs are in one place from the wonderful friendly ladies in the pharmacy, to my family Dr.. My specialists, mental health and lab. The lab techs are efficient with little wait times, and are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable . Every single person I have encountered here have been so amazing and you truly feel as if you matter. Well done to all!!

So, i had a issue this morning and couldnt make the trip to town today for my appointment. I live 45 min away. My appointment was at 230 and called saying i cant make it to town, due to a bad flare up of back pain that made it so hard just to move. I cant explain how bad the pain gets and how much pain i get on a regular basis, when it starts to really hurt. But its my fault, due to unable coming into physio today because of my back pain. Hard to explain how bad it really gets. But its my fault because i cant drive to town, and wasted a hour of there time due to canceling 6 hours before my appointment. It is what it is. So i am unable to make another appointment now and put back on waiting list. Ill take what i got and apply it. I have a general anxiety disorder, and major depression that i also have to deal with on a daily basis.

I try to get a family doctor. a 45 minute interrogation, nasty lying nurse, told their computer says i just want some scam, and they don't want to help people like me. i go away without any help with my blood pressure (all i came for) finally get help at south hill walk in. worst clinic ever.

Absolutely horrible nurses in the basement I went for a scope to check my bowels nurses were supposed to run a IV and give me fentanyl for pain management during the procedure. They failed to get the iv into the vein instead they stuck it just into the skin. 1 1/2 hours I laid on the table while the scope was performed. Worst pain I have ever felt worse than any kindly stones or even broken bones. Do not get any proceedures done there that require the nurses to administer any type on anastetic the nurses 2 of them are amateurs there it's not worth the pain and suffering
