I am so happy with the help that I received from this pharmacy. I was in need of a new mobility scooter. My occupational therapist had called a few places for quotes. Not only was the pricing from Boggios the best but Sally took the time to transport a scooter from her store to me in Niagara Falls so I could test drive it. Sally was on top of every detail that I needed for the insurance company. She is truly one of the sweetest, caring and compassionate woman that I had the privilege to meet. Because of Sally I am now enjoying my new scooter everyday! For anyone that needs care with any mobility device's I would highly recommend calling Sally. She will go the extra mile for you and that's because she truly cares about people's needs. Thank you very much Sally for helping me. I couldn't be happier!!!????

Love Boggio's Pharmacy because of the friendly helpful staff, good selection of products and the pharmacist are extremely knowledgeable not only with my prescriptions but OTC medications as well. They are never in a rush to offer assistance and answer medication questions. Such a great atmosphere to shop and it's wonderful to see not only the friendly faces at the check-out counter but to see Boggio's hire students. We're lucky to have such an establishment in town. Since we moved to Port Colborne almost 20 years ago we have purchased our prescription medication from Boggio's Pharmacy. We have always experienced friendly service and often take advantage of the delivery service, which came in very handy when the kids were babies and I needed medication delivered quickly even in bad weather. Today not only do i purchase my medications but i also find excellent gifts at the store, it's a nice place to shop. I am a scrapbooker so I also develop my photos at Boggio's. Over the years i have gotten to know the names of the staff because they have been there that long and I can see why they call it a "family pharmacy" because it is a friendly, familiar place to be. I feel comfortable asking my most personal questions about medications, and health related issues and trust they will give me the safest of recommendations. I have literally visited every department over the years, buying wrist supports for work in home health care, and halloween candy for my kids. Always friendly, and professional I highly recommend Boggio's Pharmacy. Oh and one more thing. Often while i am out and about in the community i see that Boggio's supports local kids sports, Roselawn, Port Cares and the Outreach Centre. They are a key part of the community giving back to the people who live here and there is something great to be said about that.

I've been doing business with Boggio for 8 years. The service in all departments has always been very good to excellent. The staff are caring and know their customers. Pharmacy staff are very particular and efficient. I can count on any prescription being filled within 15min of delivering it to the counter. The medical devices department was very helpful when my parents needed walkers and last year when I had a sudden need for a knee brace after a workplace accident. The GM, Aaron Boggio, is very approachable and gives his customers the time when requested. I'll continue to do business here and recommend it to others.

Myself and some family members have been customers of Boggio's for many years and I can say I have never been dissatisfied,They have treated me with the kindest hearts,never judged always made me feel very welcomed and have helped me more then just a pharmacy,they try to support all your medical needs,ex.if you have anxiety they work around it,if you can't advocate for yourself they do their best to help with that and my list can go on,I just want people to know how much I appreciate all the staff and the environment at Boggios, it's one place I look forward to going into and seeing people cause it makes me happy for the rest of the day.I also would like to say that I am very thankful to Aaron for looking out for me.You are all amazing!

Been going to Biggio pharmacy for almost twenty years now it a family business and remind me where the employes know your name they don't hesitate to help you like say someone has mental or additiction problem they don't judge you my opinion is you on narcotics for six months the.doctors they got there patient addicted and you can't cut them off cold turkey and patient what happening to them and why they took the icky off the market and started giving this people morphine patches which I couldn't understand and young people who are overdoses you didn't here this 25 years ago my opinion the in doctors are there is help and won't put on a narcotic if possible sorry went off to another topic but at Biggio pharmacy understand and they will do what ever they can they don't judge you it the best pharmacy I know and I m so grateful that we have a pharmacy like them Karin marynissen

Terrible service everytime ive been in here so far. First time i was bringing in a sharps container from my work full of needles that had been collected outside so our customers didnt step on them and they all snub me off and give me dirty looks and treat me like IM the one who was using the needles. After they ignored me for a few minutes anyway. Seriously? Made me pick the needlesout of the container to put in their container because “they didnt want to touch it” you think I do? Then yesterday, i go there to pick up a present for my girlfriends birthday, and not only do i recieve a huge load of attitude once again by some self righteous broad behind the post counter, she denies me the package because im not the one its addressed to, even though the “to be picked up by addressee only” box was NOT checked off and i explained that it was a surprise gift. Then my friend goes on in and gives it a try and walks out with the present no problem saying that they made her forge my girls signature and to “make sure she comes in next time to get it”. Absolutely pathetic.

Boggio's is not like it use to be as a drug store...in the last week I have been lied too 3 times and I am not impressed as this is on my dad's health...called like ten times to get a prescription filled and asked if they could fill a few pills until dr sent repeats back to drug store and was told they would fill and deliver to my fathers house on Thursday they never showed up with the pills called today Sat Jan 2 and they never did fill the pills so asked the pharmacist again they said they would and deliver it today...just got a call from my father and they never delivered the pills so now it's been 3 days and no meds for my father...not impressed...

I walked into the Port store today looking for a brace for tennis elbow. I was thrilled to receive prompt service and great help from the lovely lady in the equipment section. She said they didn't have my size but she called other Boggios to see if anyone else had one my size. When she was unable to locate one at other stores she brought me to a section of sale items. We were able to find an excellent model and it was on for about half price. From there she asked for my benefits provider and offered to see if it was eligible for coverage. It wasn't, but I said I would do it through my business and she automatically knew to print a large receipt for it. It was so refreshing to deal with someone so good at their job and with someone who was clearly passionate about helping people in need. She showed patience with the person ahead of me and and made sure she was happy with he product before moving on to me. She also had a great sense of humor which is hard to come across these days. I think her name was Becca. She deserves a pat on the back!

Over the years I have dealt with the Boggio family of pharmacies in Ridgeway, Fonthill and now in Port Colborne. I simply would not dream of taking my business elsewhere....all three of the aforesaid locations are wonderful and caring facilities.
