I have had nothing but politeness Scripts ready on time Staff is exceptional. They don't only deal with Prescriptions they have a wide variety of other items Such as Shampoo Laundry items Dishwasher soap Salves Pain medication Advil Tylenol etc. Check the store for your items that you may need or call before going. Rita They always ask how you are, they go beyond helping you ! They have myself and family as customers for life. Fantastic and opened on Sunday as well.

They are kind, considerate and professional. I was using Shoppers Drug Mart before these folks and the difference is night and day. I would never consider going back to Shoppers or leaving these folks period. Fantastic staff and pharmacy :-)

I switched to Guardian pharmacy because someone told me their customer service is amazing. This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist has some of the best customer service. He was so friendly and acted like he has known me for years. He sounds like he really cares. The original girl (Amber?) who answered the phone and took my initial information was also extremely nice and called me back promptly. The pharmacy delivered to my house for free, even though I am just on the cusp of being out of Peterborough. I had Guardian switch my prescription from Costco, setup my account and deliver my prescription to my house all in a couple of hours. Incredible service!!!! I have already told numerous people how good this pharmacy is. Thanks!!

This was the most pleasant experience I've had in a pharmacy and walk-in clinic. The pharmacy is owned by a father-son team. Samier is very kind and actually listened to me and provided good solutions. The telemedicine clinic was very quick, there was no wait Saturday midday and I walked out with the prescription I needed and other supplements.

Having only just discovered this pharmacy/walk in clinic a few days ago, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with everything these fine people did for me. Being on a wait list for a new doctor, I was without repeats on a medication I have to take daily. I walked into Guardian on a Thursday, and by Saturday I was sitting in a room, talking with a doctor in Toronto via Skype. Literally minutes later I had my prescription and was on my way. There are still people who treat you with kindness and empathy. Much respect.

This is by far the best pharmacy in Peterborough. They always take the time when you come In and ask how are you doing. And actually mean it!! Don’t waste your time at the big places they don’t care about you like these people. Customer for life. Hopefully many years:) Mark.

The pharmacy does not follow their local flyer. But when you go on to their website it says they do follow the flyer and adhere to the sale prices. When I went into purchase over the counter medication that was on sale, the pharmacist loudly exclaimed across the entire store that they do not adhere to the flyer. I was speaking to a clerk at the time who I was explaining to that on their website it said they did participate in the flyer. I even showed him on my phone that they had opted into the flyer on the website. The pharmacist again 'loudly yelling' across the store that they do not participate in the flyer. It was a bit of a scene which I did not like. AS well, I came all the way across town to purchase the item at their store along with other items that I ended up not getting because of the pharmacist yelling across the store about the flyer and their lack of participation in it... Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place of business.

I had such an amazing experience here. I came for the virtual walkin clinic (superstore was too full) and have decided to make them my go to pharmacy. The staff was so nice and welcoming and helped me get the right products. They were awesome. Highly recommend.

Called for some advice for diaper rash on my baby. Pharmacist was super knowledgeable and very friendly even though i wasn't yet a customer. Called back a few weeks later and spoke to the other pharmacist, he answered all my questions and even called me back less then 5 minutes later when he had to look something up for me! Wonderful service.
