The Staff here are so wonderful! I had moved my and my husbands prescriptions from our old pharmacy in Kanata to my local home town. I can't say enough great things, I was running late from work one night and they stayed open a couple minutes late so I would get my prescription! Richmond Village Pharmacy has very high standards and all staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. If it weren’t for this pharmacy I don’t know how I would have survived a 10 week drug allergy. Not only were they compassionate to my situation but Georgette spent considerable time off duty to research solutions for me as well as calling me at home to see how I was doing. I have never had a pharmacy go above and beyond as they did.

Imagine my delight when I discovered I could receive my second shot of Moderna from Georgeta, which I got on Monday. Everything from beginning to end was completely flawless.
