The women at the cash are super friendly The pharmacist assistants are extremely rude. The one in particular who is there every single time iv been in there. She is at the "drop off" prescription was shaming me for being on odsp benifits And am switching my pharmacy because of this

Friendly, helpful, well kept store. The Staff could always be heard and seen approaching and asking customers if they needed any assistance. This was particularly nice as so many stores today you always have to search out help. It was a genuine " do you need any help" and not a sales driven approach. The Lady staff member in the health care section at the front was particularly pleasant and courteous.

We went to get our second Moderna vaccine at IDA Pharmacy Richmond. Booking was easy and great! Visiting the pharmacy, we immediate knew where to go and register. The Pharmacist, Hiren Pillay was FANTASTIC!! He spent 5 minutes with us to understand when we had our first vaccine what was the side effects, what medicine we using currently that might impact the vaccine injection. When we went to another pharmacy in Kanata for our first injection, the pharmacist never asked questions. Really had a wonderful experience!

My wife & I were picking up drugs today (2 Nov) at approx 5:30. The young female who was serving us overcharged me. When I commented on her error she got completely upset & threw the prescriptions into the next wicket without saying a word. I was shocked by her lack of customer service & professionalism, something I had not experienced at this pharmacy before. I reported the young lady's rudeness to the Pharmacist (Sue) who came to serve us. I'm hoping there will be some form of corrective action. Sue as usual was very professional & friendly.
