Phoned to asked if he did repairs on walkers, told him all I needed was a screw to fasten brake handle to my mothers walker handlebar, all I heard was "may need a part that's not available" I told him again it just needed a screw, but I was having difficulty accessing where screw went. Still continued with a answer of not sure have to see it. Because of the way he spoke to me in such a negative matter, I phoned another medical supply place which gave me suggestions and if I couldn't fix it I could bring it in, it would be no problem just have to pay a service charge, to which I agreed. In the end it was a simple fix with only part needed a screw and tools (screwdriver and pliers).
