i have been given someone else’s prescription TWICE now, first time wasn’t that big of a deal because it was the exact same medication (BC) that i used, but this time was a big one. i was supposed to get pain meds prescribed to me for my wisdom teeth removal, and they gave me the completely wrong prescription and it wasn’t anywhere close to my name. could have went very badly if i took the medication without looking at the bottle. mind you me and my family have been going to this pharmacy since i was a kid, really disappointed to see these big problems happening. will be changing pharmacies now, do not recommend going here.

Seriously the worst service. Completley unprofessional and I would not recommend providing the owners of this pharmacy a single dollar. I have a very long and completely unimaginable story about this place and would be happy to share with anyone who needs confirmation of how poor this pharmacy treats its clients.

I enjoy the stress free experience every time need any of my Pharmacy needs. I like the location within the plaza because it is easy to access the parking and the other stores. I will continue to appreciate their service and have recommended Rage's to many :)

If i could rate it a zero it would still be to generous. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After being a loyal customer for 12 years I would have never expected to be so disrespected. Thanks for the response but i was not offered any of those options. This was the first time in over a year that it was ever brought to my attention. It wasn’t an issue two weeks earlier when you didn’t have enough to cover my prescription making me come back yesterday. Unfortunately rather then inform me and offer me a mask the manager choose to make a scene and try to hold my prescription.

RAGE'S PHARMACY as it is called now, is one of the best pharmacies we've had. Nice central location in the heart of Penticton. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Exceptional service and care. They go the extra mile for you; they truly have their customer's needs at heart. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful customer service! Where did all the good staff go? It seems they take pride in embarrassing and/or belittling their customers, new management is awful, as is the new staff. So rude. Will NOT be returning, and I will be steering people away from this establishment.

They always go extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. They really saved me a big hustle by faxing my Dr. when I couldn’t get through to book appointment with the clinic. They made sure to deliver my medications the same day so I could start my antibiotic. Absolutely love their service. We are fortunate to have this small gem in the Apple Plaza:)

This is a small gem tucked in the corner of Apple plaza. You would not find as friendly and quick service anywhere else in this town. I once came to this store to fill 1 prescription I got from walk-in clinic next door and instantly fell in love with the level of care you get at this pharmacy. 10 years later... the staff is caring more than ever and always go extra mile. All my friends and family members have moved to this pharmacy and they are more than happy with the service they get at this pharmacy.

Totally unprofessional. Openly discussing my medicine in front of everyone. Staff member complaining in ear shot about me and how inconvenient I am because I need a specific brand of medicine.. If you need to complain do in back not in ear shot of everyone and in front of a new customer who is bringing in your business money. Not a great way to gain business. Again, no privacy at all when it comes to customer. You can clearly see I have been on my medicines for years. Why the need to openly disclose? Just to list a few with only a couple experiences with them. Switched to Knights pharmacy. Peachland pharmacy was absolute best I have dealt with but too far to drive.
