I picked up a prescription and the pharmacist wanted me to disclose personal information in full hearing range of other customers in the store. While I understand that pharmacists need to be vigilant with regards to fraudulent prescriptions, it does not give you the right to ask specific details about what procedures I will be having done, or where they will take place. If you have an issue with my prescription, call my doctor. This is not the first time I’ve experienced less than friendly service from this establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I've been filling my prescriptions with them for over a year now, and they have always done everything they can to find or order the medications I need as quickly as possible. It's truly my favourite pharmacy to walk into.

Cool that they can make up liquid Rx for my son but my goodness this has to be the most frustrating pharmacy i've ever dealt with. They almost never call back and take days to do so when they actually do call. I have to chase them every time. I've been left on hold for over 10 minutes a few times, just to look up an Rx. It's like they don't communicate with each other. The first time I was there, I overheard about 3-4 customers in a row come to the counter and ask for things and no word of lie, they were either out of what they wanted or figured out that what they did have was expired. Just overall very slow and frustrating. Will likely be changing to the CHEO pharmacy.

Absolutely kind, wonderful, and caring people here. An excellent little pharmacy that's well stocked and well priced, with amazing staff. They are so empathetic and helpful and care about their customers. I've been going to them for years and can't recommend them enough.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The first time it took them 45mins to get my medications(they had called and said they were ready) when they 'forgot' to deliver them . The second time they mixed things up with my insurance. Proceeded to yell at me in the store in front of everyone. Was condescending and told me he could be because he owned the place. I asked for whatever bill so I could speak with insurance and he refused to hand me the bill after telling me to take it... I asked repeatedly for it and he wouldn't hand it to me put kept his arm held out like he was expecting me too. He yelled after me as i was leaving the store -still refusing to give me the bill. Yelling that he payed for everything in the store and that I was stealing.... turns out they were in the wrong and the bill was for less that 8$. Horrible manager. Absolutely disgusting. Prices are too high anyways.

Slow as all heck to get a prescription filled, even if calling ahead, and the Canada Post guy (I think his name is Tom) is insane and doesn't let you mail things.

Scott goes out of his way to get you what you want. Very helpful and community spirited, wonderful + friendly staff. Clean and organized, nice selection of natural and organic products. They would get more of my business if they had longer hours, but it's a family business so it's understandable. If I could give it 4.5 stars, that would be perfect. But I love it more than like it so they'll have to get 5.
