I just found this pharmacy a few months ago. We moved to the area and I wanted a pharmacy close to home. I came to the pharmacy to refill and transfer my prescriptions and the pharmacist(s) have been extremely fast and knowledgeable. I have spoken to 2 of them and both were very helpful. When weening off one medication, I was given very clear directions and was told I could call or stop by if I had any questions. Since then, I have been back a couple of times and they fill my prescription SO FAST (I mean, within 5-10 minutes!) If you want a pharmacy that is NOT a mega-pharmacy that takes forever to fill prescriptions and herd customers in and out as fast as they can with no customer service skills, then this is the place for you!!

This place is HANDS DOWN the bear pharmacy ive dealt with in my adult life. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always take the time to explain in detail anything I ask while respecting my privacy and assuring I'm satisfied and have a clear understanding of whatever ive been prescribed. The staff takes time to learn their patients names, needs and always provide quality customer service with a smile, I've been a patient of this pharmacy for about a year now and I wouldnt consider switching for any reason.. this place is great.. thank you guys for always making the pharmacy experience a good one.....

My adult son needed a pcr test after testing positive from a rapid Covid test. I called and went on websites for 4 hours and was able to get one same day at Walters today. I called them first and they told me to book on line, it was very easy and they were extremely friendly and patience on the phone even though they are getting hundreds of calls a day regarding testing and boosters. Thanks you Walters Pharmacy.

I take a number of prescriptions regularly, so I was pleasantly surprised when they had it all ready for pickup in under 2 hours. In the past other pharmacies needed 24 hours notice, and sometimes took as long as a week to get it all ready. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Best pharmacy ever!

Currently sitting in the back after getting my 2nd vaccine dose here and I am so impressed. It’s extremely clean and updated and the staff are the friendliest pharmacy staff I’ve ever come into contact with. Was feeling a bit nervous being 8 months pregnant getting my 2nd dose at a pharmacy I was unfamiliar with, but the second I entered the building I felt so comfortable!

I usually always have had an amazing customer experience here. Today the pharmacist on was not the same one as I have dealt with in the past. He was quick to get me out of store and lost business. Which is too bad because I like his partner who has always taken care of me. Good luck to the great pharmacist that I had previous. Todays pharmacist (which I know is co owner) is ruining the business. Which is too bad.

I have never felt so much apart of a family with any pharmacy, the staff is the best , if you have any concerns they are so helpful, I have never been happier and felt safer , they even ask and make sure your properly medicated, they actually care , I will be there forever I can see that now , and they cater to the handicap I have witnessed this best phatmpha hands down in Oshawa , and I've gone to a couple before but never will leave these wonderful people

I've been through a few pharmacies in the past few years and none have been as great as Walter's pharmacy. The whole team is very empathetic and understanding. I don't feel judged walking in here on a weekly basis and can sit and chat for hours if I wanted to. Very fast and professional. Keep up the great work. I will always go to Walter's pharmacy.

I would like to start off by saying I’ve never had a pharmacy and it’s staff go to the length that the staff has at Walters.There have been times when I wasn’t even at my own house and because I was daily dispense and they knew how important it was that I had take my medication, Bishoy or Mina would pesonally hand deliver my blister packs! I’ve watched Walters Pharmacy grow because my fiancé and I grew with it from the first day they opened. They’re friendly, charismatic, always up for a good conversation and maintain the tasks at hand with ease.

I think there may be a lot of fake reviews here because my experience did not match up...the staff was very rude and unprofessional to me. Maybe they were all just having a bad day but they should not take it out on their customers. On top of everything I called ahead of time but they denied my call. My prescription had a different name I wasn’t familiar with and the staff there brushed aside every question I asked and made me feel really stupid.

The fact that they open at 7 am makes it very convenient to me. Excellent service, very welcoming and fast in dispensing my precriptions. Educated me about all the medications I am currently on and the pharmacists were more friendly than I expected. Definitely recommand this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is good, it has a couple very kind staff members, many of whom are willing to go above and beyond to help you. It's also a very convenient location in central oshawa. I would recommend walters to anyone that needs a prescription filled, as long you dont have a job. Walters used to be open until 6 weekdays this gave those getting off at 5pm just enough time to run down there, and get their meds I rated them 5star at the time..; but then covid happened and for some reason someone decided that closing earlier would fight covid, instead it just made more clients come within a shorter window, often lining up in close proximity, or gathering around the door, and I was specifically told directly by the owner last Spring that the change was temporary. Now a year and a half later, they now permanently close at 5 with no plans to change ever. If the hours ever return to normal, i would ammend my rating to 5. To the staff that have gone above and beyond to help me, i give you personal 5 out of 5's. Especially the tall guy, and the young woman with light coloured, slightly curly, long hair. You deserve it, and although I give a 3 star review for hours, this doesn't apply to the workers. They also offer free delivery of certain (but not all) medications, which I didnt know until after I wrote this, that deserves an extra star. 4 stars.

Each year, we hold a Flu Vaccination clinic at the Senior’s building that I manage. Bishoy has come on-site and administered the Flu vaccine to the tenants. Without this commitment from Walters Pharmacy, it wouldn’t be possible. Bishoy and staff are reliable, personable and excel at providing superior customer service. Kudos to Walters for ensuring customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Walters Pharmacy.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about a year now and i have never had one problem with the staff at walters. My experience has been a very pleasant one to say the least. They always have my prescriptions ready for me when i get there they always bend over backwards for there customers and i have witnessed this first hand ! I would never chose another pharmacy now that i have been to walters because ive been to plenty pharmacies before and never have i felt so part of something almost like a little family! Anybody who steps foot in Walters Pharmacy will see how wonderful all the staff is. If you are one of those people who believe everything that they read then you will truly miss out on a place that treats people with respect and compassion every time you visit them. These reviews are ridiculous and completely untrue. If you are looking for a pharmacy that does absolutely everything to make you happy and comfortable just check it out i can promise you it will be life changing.
