We've got the reviews of real people who purchased the products and services of Saver's Drug Mart Limited (Pharmacy) in the area close to Oshawa (Canada).
Right now the business receives a rating of 2.9 stars out of 5 and this score has been based on 46 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is discreet, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we can conclude that the assessment is very reliable. If people have bothered to give their opinion when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to put scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Pharmacy is classified in the category of Pharmacy.
Been going there for over 30 years. Uncompromising service. I've never been to any other Drug store with the kind of service, respect, and discretion that I've come to love at this place. I highly recommend that if you're looking for a new pharmacy choose this place.
Went into this store as they advertised hand sanitizer masks and gloves , all of which i needed . The prices were absolutely ridiculous, HUGE mark up ie hand sanitizer , was 12.95 seriously i buy the same size at Walmart for 3.95, ! SHAMEFUL
Had a great experience! Even got to park in the parking lot, after the gentlemen watching the parking removed a car that wasn't suppose to be there.
Management skills needed at this pharmacy.
I park my car in plaza the owner of this pharmacy approached to me and ask me to move my car from here otherwise you will get ticket !! Im like seriously dude!!anyways i moved my car but after 5 minutes one white lady park her car on same spot and go to across-the road ,i was watching everything same guy came out saw someone park the car then he saw white lady he went inside !! ????
DO NOT PARK HERE! The owner literally sits and waits for cars to pull in and runs out the door screaming to leave. He says you can’t park here unless you buy something from his store. He even threatens you and says “you better buy something from my store or I’ll have a ticket written for you!”. He pretends to be a patrol officer. Maybe cause he has nothing better to do since his business isn’t making money. I can see why your not making money though ...you keep chasing away potential customers. People like this literally look for trouble. What a biiigg joke he is.
Not really much to say. I've never had a problem with them. Staff have always been helpful and I have no intention on visiting any other pharmacy.
Booked my Rapid antigen test for myself and my husband, very efficient and good service. Did not have any issues with parking at all. If you park your car there then you do need to use that premises. I think it is wrong to park your car there and leave it and go elsewhere. Because it is important for the customers to have a space
Very rude, unhygienic and unhelpful. Avoid if you can. There is much cheaper and better places close by.
Pulled into the lot here to put directions into Google maps since the street parking was full. (The lot was only 30% full, maybe all of 5 or 6 cars) A man in an N95 and plastic gown comes from the Savers and knocked on my window and asked me to roll it down (are you nuts it's a pandemic and you're a rando approaching a woman in her car!). I kept my window up and he said I can't wait here. Happily drove off with a mental note to never shop here. Wow. I can see why this lot is always empty. Unsurprising to see other people leaving reviews of similar experiences.
This was our 3rd time to this location for our tests. From the nice lady on the phone to the extremely nice gentleman who swabbed us this place is nothing but professional. Thank you and thank you for everything you do, at least from this home we're very appreciative. Keep up the great work and stay safe.
PRICE GOUGING! Stay away. At a time of crisis they are charging over 300% markup on their hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. Shameful.
Great stories
Where to start. 1 - The Parking “police”. Make me feel like a parking criminal every time I stop here (which is never anymore now) 2 - talking loudly and laughing about a particular patient when I was inside waiting 3 - rude and insensitive pharmacist and when I asked to see pharmacy manager. He said he was. I walked out. There are plenty of locally owned pharmacy’s that you don’t need to out up with sub service.
It's unfortunate this business owns the lot parking. As a 10 minute walk off the property costed a ticket of $30. This is unfortunate for Quiznos onsite because there would have been 8 of us eating there, with repeat business for sure. However she is costing the businesses on her lot money. I will never go back and feel sorry for anyone that does.
Don’t park anywhere in the parking lot and leave the premises for any reason, the owner has nothing better to do than to sit and wait for you to leave so they can call by-law and have you ticketed. My coworkers and I went to get smokes and we’re going to stop by the Saver’s after to get drinks and snacks. There wasn’t any street parking in front of or around the smokes so we parked in front of the old Quiznos in the far corner pretty much up against the road and in the 10 minutes we were gone I had a ticket on my windshield. There’s a small sign beside their front door that we didn’t see. Imagine being THAT petty and ridiculous. It was a Tuesday morning at 11:30 am and there were less than 10 cars in the lot.
Cancelled my PCR test for an international flight at last minute. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not go there for anything.
Didn't inform me for my vaccine appointment cancelation. When I called them to cancel my wife appointment, they didn't inform anything. Right after my call, they called back me again and told there are no vaccine available and pharmacist forget to inform me. I was about to leave for my appointment. I am not sure how come they didn't know vaccine unavailability until the day of vaccine. Very disappointed for service and communication.
Terrible customer service and angry owner/manager. My husband pulled into the parking lot today to purchase a lottery ticket. He noticed someone arguing with a couple regarding parking so he decided to wait until they were finished. Right away the man walks up to my husband tells him to leave as he is parking on private property. He then proceeded to argue and yell that he was there to park and wait for someone and kept telling him to leave even though he explained he wanted to go in and make a purchase... Way to treat paying clients.
This little pharmacy has a little bit of everything. Staff really friendly.
Wonder why this place has a 2 start rating? Lack of products that are over priced to begin with is a good start BUT when you pull in and don't IMMEDIATELY get out because you're on a phone call the "owner" will approach and threaten bylaw enforcement which he has standing on guard wasting Oshawa by-laws's time and OUR tax dollars. I pulled in intending to buy advil, after being threatened i said "no thanks" and went to shoppers Boycotting is the power of the people
I have been with this pharmacy for about 25 years,I wouldn't deal with Anyone else. All of the staff go up and beond to make sure that you have everything that you need.Amazing people. If I could I would give them a 10.
Great prices friendly employees they make you feel like family
They lost my covid test results and I had to go back to get a new one ???? so unprofessional
As I was waiting for the bus I saw some lady, maybe the owner, approach a couple and tell them to move their vehicle. The couple did not even leave the lot to show where they were going. I overheard them say they were gettting and quiznos after being told to leave
Do not go and buy something at Saver's. I wanted to buy quick parked before I was heading to somewhere.I finished reversed parking there, went to the Saver's. the stranger guy has been staring at me even I paid something. I asked the staff about the guy. he said if you are not going to pharmacy, He is gonna charge you for parking ticket $30 because the parking lot is private. the point of the staff " YOU CANNOT park here UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO PHARMACY."
We watched the pharmacist in complete awe as he worked tirelessly to conduct PCR tests for COVID symptomatic individuals. He must be so exhausted but was not only kind but very efficient as well. You can tell they are taking utmost precautions as they wear an abundance of PPE. It was incredible. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication during these difficult times!
We booked an appointment at this pharmacy for our Symptomatic covid tests for myself my wife and 2 young children. When we arrived we called and confirmed our booking the receptionist checked and told us we will be helped shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting in the car the owner ( who was also contucting tests) comes and tells us how did you book an appointment? We explained through the website and even showed him proof of confirmation. He kept yelling at us because apparently we booked over a cancellation but that cant possibly be in our knowledge we just saw an available time slot and booked. Then he said since you booked this morning you need to wait till all the other people are tested. We asked him how this is our fault we have a time slot. We have 2 kids in the back seat both showing positive with the in home PCR tests. So getting this test done today was an emergency. We explained this to him and he said wait in the parking lot for 1 hour. My wife kept telling him please we have booked thorugh your website its valid. And my 2 children are very young and sick. This man went and cancelled our appointments. The whole time he was yelling at us loudly and scaring my children. This is the worst experience in my life. Also this man claims he is the owner, lab technician and the parking officer at the same time.
Staff are always great and welcomes you with a smile. Small pharmacy, but they have a small selection of almost everything. Private small parking owned by the pharmacy which is nice for the fact that you do have a parking space when you need your medication. They will give tickets if you should not park there, i agree, but People need to understand that there is a clinic right beside it, the community center, numbers of restaurents and an enormous 7 stages parking lot right in front of it. There is no free parking around. It is not necessairy to diminish the pharmacy for the fact that they don't want you to park there if you are not going to the pharmacy.
I love this pharmacy. Staff is great. The only complaints I keep reading are to do with parking. They are strict on parking because people don't wan't to pay downtown and they think they can use their lot. I don't blame them for being hawks. I've personally witnessed people parking there and walking to the clinic next door. They have signs saying private parking. It's because of the people that take advantage and don't want to pay for parking. It's their business and lot. You don't come in to buy then you don't park there. Pretty simple.
I purchase drinks for my grandchildren at savers and was they were drinking them in the van when I was approached and asked to move. I explained that I was waiting for someone to join me then I was going to quiznos. he went into the store and got someone that told me that I was only allowed to park there for the 2 seconds that it took to purchase the drinks. They are going to put that quiznos out of business with their harassment of people parking there. the positive reviews here are probably only the owners and employees and family
The owner of this place sits and watches cars come in then tells comes out and tells people as they get out of their car that they can only park there if buying things in their store and will charge them a $60 fine if they are not. I left and decided to go use a different pharmacy because what a way to turn away business right when people get there. I was only going to run in quick but wasnt worth the hassle of the woman waiting to report people. Horrible customer service. If it that much of an issue maybe they should get better signage near the road instead of turning away potential shoppers! I guess they get a people thinking the lot is for the pharmacy next door but there are no signs indicating where the parking for that building is.
Never buy anything in this place I just parking my car there and some idiot started asking me questions how long my car is going to stay on the parking lot and where I'm going.
