I am truly disappointed with the experience my family has had with this pharmacy. First they gave the wrong medication to my mother (gave her heartburn medication instead of her blood pressure medication which could have been life threatening had I not caught it) and then they gave the wrong medication to my father and he suffered with severe side effects for 6 weeks before we discovered they gave him the wrong med.

This is a drug store that deserves 5 Stars any day of the week. The service, knowledge and friendliness from all the staff here at Prescription Pharmacy is amazing.

Due to head lice in my child's school I've had to get the hair treatment solution from my doctor. Used this Lovell Drugs location to fill the prescription which I am well aware is just a bottle of solution you can pull off the shelf. Would somebody like to explain to me how it takes almost 45 minutes to fill this prescription ? The staff here are pleasant sometimes but for the most part they give very short and undetailed answers. Have seen people complain about the slow service at this location and literally the staff gave put the customer order at the back of the pile . Customer service definitely needs work and 6 people working today take their sweet time filling prescriptions and think irratating when you inquire as to how much longer it will take to fill your order. I'd suggest taking your prescriptions to another pharmacy . At least one with staff that has bedside manner and are a little more courteous and respectful of peoples time and needs. Shoppers Drugmart here I come
