I would give this place no stars . But that option doesn’t exist. I’ve been going here for 10+ years & all the staff at the pharmacy are very rude and gives you attitude for no reason. When you ask questions they give you attitude for not understanding their question when THEY don’t explain things properly. Don’t go here

I have had many pharmacies over the years who have staff that is rude, not accountable, make false promises about having prescriptions ready and are out of stock on medications that I get regularly. This pharmacy, however, is like no other. They always accommodate, are polite, deliver prescriptions twice a day at no charge, and have incredible service. It’s true their hours are shorter and their store is small, but that does not make an ounce of difference. I am always amazed at how great this pharmacy is, especially after all my other experiences. Highly recommend.

Who has a pharmacy that is not open on the weekends. We had no idea of this and now we need the meds for pain and cannot pick them up . This is unbelievable the service in our Health care. I am so done with this . Now back to another Urgent care visit. Note to self always use shoppers drug mart .

The people who work at this pharmacy (excluding one younger female blond) are absolutely some of the most ignorant people in the medical field. I don't know why these people are so rude - horrible leadership maybe? No clue - just absolutely rude and zero customer service
