Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Don't waste your time. This is so poorly managed it is ridiculous. The way they give out covid boosters is random. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Simon needs to rethink his career as he wouldn't be capable of running an errand, let alone a whole pharmacy. He was rude and made multiple errors, and favoured phone calls over helping those in store.

Waited almost two hours to get COVID booster shot, and we were the first people in line. Then we tried to leave, but the owner refused to give us back our health cards and vaccine verification until he dealt with about ten phone calls and five other people. Fifteen people in a tiny room for two hours, it's a spreader waiting to happen. When I brought up that we had been waiting 30 minutes for our I.D. back, he told me to calm down and be patient. One person with me has a trach tube, and is at high-risk for COVID. The owner could plainly see that, and still did not give us back our I.D. and verification until having processed more people. Made us worry that we'd get sick from just trying to leave.

BEST. PHARMACY. EVER. I am not sure of what the others are talking about but every time I deal with this pharmacy, I am never disappointed. I recommended many people to this pharmacy who have also received nothing but good service. The pharmacist is extremely kind and the staff is amazing 10/10

I received a pcr test on December 30th to be able to attend a rehab facility on January 7th. I was told 2-4 days and someone would call me for my results and I can also gather them online. It is now January 21st, I still have not received my test results. Every time I called I was rudely spoken to and told to check online. I was unable to attend rehab because of this. Also, the person doing the tests never changed their gloves between clients or wiped down seats, or door knobs. The only thing I got from going to this pharmacy for my covid test, was covid. Avoid going to this pharmacy at all costs.

We had pcr tests done here almost a week ago. no one has called us with results. anytime we call we are rudely hung up on and told NO. also, told us they would call us with results and gave us no other options on where to locate our information.. extremely unprofessional, disorganized and this pharmacy should not be doing these procedures.
