I’ve been on a medication for 8 years, same brand. I have made it very clear, as has my doctor, that the brand is NOT to be substituted. Here we are, with a different brand than what I’ve had for 8 years. On top of the blatant disregard, the staff is incredibly rude and condescending, talk to you like you don’t know a thing, constantly try and pull the rug out from under you be it by charging you for something or swapping your medication. Horrible pharmacy. Can’t want to switch, so I have actual customer service, and the same medication I have been on since I was 17 rather than the generic.

I have been going here for a long time and had no issues with staff. They know me by name and willing to help me when I needed it. I call in what I need and tell them when i am going to pick up and it is ready for me. So if any one has to pick up a renewal call ahead and tell them when you are planing to arrive and usually it is ready for pick up.

I went to pick up my husbands prescription that he called in to re-new the evening before (automated message said that the prescription would be ready by noon the next day). When I went to pick up the prescription at noon, the lady at the counter was SO RUDE AND MISERABLE TO EVERY CUSTOMER I saw come in. NOT ONLY was my husbands prescription not ready but the lady was SO RUDE AND MISERABLE that I transferred his prescription to a different pharmacy the next day. I WILL NOT give that pharmacy our families business. Incase management reviews these comments, the lady was of African decent with long braided hair. I still can not believe the attitude she had - so much so that another customer stopped me walking out to tell me not to take it personally because she is ALWAYS like that.
