I love my local beer store because I can look at the selection of beer and try new beer. This location had no list of beers or prices and their computers don’t work. Great store if you are buying the same thing every time but it’s like going to a restaurant with no menu.

All of the Beer Stores have unionized staff so customer service is ok but never great. This particular store is old and outdated compared to the modernized self serve stores they now have out there. It is in a poor location of town and not the easiest to get to. This speaks to the age of the store as this and the second beer store in town are on the east side of the city. Desperately need a new store built in the West end to serve the other part of the city and the highway 11 corridor of cottage country traffic. The other concern is the computer system they have at the store to identify product and quantity has been out of service for months so unless you know exactly what you want it is a difficult process to figure out sales or different items.

Beer Stores in Orillia are in decrepit old buildings. They are dirty and badly lit. There is no product information for the customer. A disgrace in the 21st century. Probably the WORST retail experience in the civilized world. Can't figure out how to give no stars.
