Good selection of stock, well organized. Pharmacy service is slow. The store is huge with lots of future potential to expand. However, and this isn't a fault of the store: I hate the parking lot. Surprised there aren't more accidents there. People from No Frills walk blindly in front of moving vehicles. A redesign would be warranted. Will return to the pharmacy.

So ..pharmacies in Cobourg ..so far huge disappointment. We're looking for a pharmacy who cares ..Im going shop to shop and stop here at IDA.. talking to the pharmacist or assistant Im not sure, but while I'm asking about services for a loved one in this community the staff memebr lifts his wrist and takes care of a messageon watch/device...I thanked him and left ...don't post advertising that says how committed you are to customer care, then treat said customers like you don't care. Terrible customer service.

Always get my prescription filled here. Called one in and it had no refill on it and I never noticed. They didn't even call me to tell me and my wife went to pick it up more than 48 hours after I called it in and I didn't get a phone call to notify me of the problem. The lady then told me we cant call everybody..... what ever happen to customer service or keeping the customer happy. We pay there wages. Apparently they dont care.

Used my benefits for a very expensive prescription. Kept getting told it would come in next week, then, next month, then call back in 6 months. It’s been years now and they have never filled my prescription with multiple follow up calls, yet they kept the money charged to my benefit company(confirmed). Wasted so much time and someone made off with a boat load of free money! Would not recommend pharmacy under any circumstance.
