I quite literally purchase anything and everything I possibly can from well.ca. I get all of my natural cleaning supplies here, natural supplements, healthy snacks (smartsweets are our main go-to) wooden toys, ect. I must spend an actual fortune here - but it's worthwhile to support a local business. Not only that, but their Customer Support is excellent, as is product quality. I'm a long-time customer and will be one for life.

Great pharmacy! Staff are super friendly and helpful, highly recommend. Also received my flu shot here and the process was seamless. Feels a lot more personable than a larger pharmacy and more 1:1 interaction.

I will never order from here again. Their delivery service has no regard for the average person. I received an email message saying delivery was going to take place today (DAY ONE). I was at work. I thought the delivery service would leave an alternative for me (e.g. someplace I can go and pick up delivery). They didn't. I just received an email that they would try again another day. They don't say what day. So I stayed home on DAY TWO and received nothing. I emailed "Well" on DAY THREE and still have not heard anything. I'm an average person who lives in an apartment and works during the day. You're not able to accommodate me. The only alternative you give is for me to stay home day after day until your delivery service gets around to me and at a time convenient to to them. It's really unfair and stressful. If I had known this, I never would have ordered from you.

I've ordered from here a few times now and I've never been disappointed. My orders arrive in a timely manner, are packaged nicely, undamaged and usually have a cute thank you note tucked in there. Sometimes things I want are sold out, but they're usually back in stock pretty quickly. They are also one of the only places (that I have found) that carry the products and vitamins I like at a good price. Nothing beats the free shipping over $35.00 either. I'm also really excited about their papaya box! I think it's a great collaboration between them and one of my favorite influencers. Just makes me love ordering from here all the more. 10/10 recommend.

The product selection and price is great and the shipping is really fast + they let you know where they are at in the process the whole way through. Will definatley shop hear again.

I have order a couple of times, it never get out of their warehouse on time, like my last order it has been sort out after 6 days, but it doesn't ends there, I have to call them to ask for my order, and the answer was, that they have thousands of order and the clients are the one that has to inquire about order when they don't get them, that is the weido answer I ever heard in my whole life, the order is still with them, hasn't left their warehouse and I have to check on them to fulfill it. That makes no sense. 1 start >>> good price.

My family and I have ordered about 6-8 times from Well.ca, usually pretty standard on receiving items. My recent experience was amazing with their Customer Service team. They were sympathetic to cancer patients and helpful to those of us who need the flexibility to return or exchange items (unopened) especially during Covid and winter time. I've only ordered 2x from them and not sure that I ever will again. My most recent order shows complete, the label on the box says 17 pounds, but the box was missing the 4 bottles of organic juice I ordered and it weighed more like 1-2 pounds with the single item in the box. I've written to the company about it but it is Friday evening, will be away most of next week and I was planning on bringing the product with me next week. They refunded but I am stuck still trying to find the product.

I had a delightful customer care experience with Emily! Not only did she resolve my issue but she went beyond my expectations to do so which is always a bit of a pleasant surprise. I didn’t ask for more but she delivered more. I like shopping with a retailer that empowers their team members to solve problems using their own judgement, rather than getting escalated up a management chain. They have a wide selection of sun protection products (what I was shopping in this case), and I found that they had more inventory than Amazon, (not to mention quicker delivery to Canada). If you’re like me, and are (always, in my case) looking for an alternative to Amazon, this is a good one for beauty and wellness.

Disappointed in this pharmacy. Prescriptions are convenient to refill online, but issues with delivery. For the second time, my order didn’t arrive this evening as scheduled. When I email customer support, they are of no help and tell me to call the pharmacy directly.

It is a very modern pharmacy with an unique concept. I really like the fact that all the staff speak Portuguese, so I feel comfortable using my native language. I highly recommend it for anyone who lives nearby and who speaks Portuguese, specially for us Brazilian. Super recomendado para quem é brasileiro, todos falam português e são muito solícitos.

DO NOT SHIP AT WELL.CA. well.ca is your last store when you are not able to find other stores to get your shopping items. So unstable and unreliable company to shop and get items you need. The package is lost and customer service want us to keep waiting.

I think their products are excellent. I have only ordered 3x so far. The delivery service is the problem. Perhaps they are more economical or flexible for the company but so far they are horrible for the customer, me. They are near incomprehensible on the phone and I have spoken with 3 people there. You can neither understand them nor are they seemingly able to transfer info from their call centre to the drivers. Nor can you barely hear them on the phone. Moments of silence without answer. Perhaps they are too busy to deal with people civilly. Two days in a row problems even after ample timed instructions about entry. Now I am still waiting for my No Entry Notice parcel. I gave them the phone number. Very stressful deliveries. Tforce is the service I refer to. Well uses more than 1 delivery service. Please.

It's a clean, well-laid out store and it's the only store in Canada that I have been that had the HappyOrNot kiosk, which was awesome! They carry a variety of The Ordinary skincare products, Trojan condoms including the bareskin ones and vitamins among other things, so if you are looking for those, go check this place out No greetings from the staff to an entering customer was not cool though. I do wonder if it were due to the fact that I was a person of colour

AMAZING! This was my first time using Well.ca. With everything that COVID-19 brings as far as health uncertainties, isolation and longer than expected wait times, Well.ca provided me with vitamins/supplements shipped to my door VERY quickly. They were diligent in letting me know that delivery times could be affected, however I received my order two days later. The products they carry are endless and well priced considering what I pay when I go to the store. Thank you so much for the great service and quality products, keep up the good work!!

Well.ca has THE BEST customer service. Dozens of orders delivered flawlessly to Vancouver. -1 ⭐️ because the prices have risen SHARPLY over the past few months and my local go-to’s are now less expensive for most items (well.ca sale prices are equivalent to regular prices in other stores). Love that the packaging is (mostly) recyclable. Would love to see them ditch plastic bags entirely and cancel those awful inserts/ads for Hello Fresh which can’t be recycled and tbh... not interested the first time or the 40th ????.

This was the first time using Well.ca. My product was delivered next day! Unfortunately, my skin had a reaction to the products. I contacted customer service via email to explain. Cynthia from customer service responded back to me within 24hrs and in the end offered to fully refund me because of the reaction the product caused my skin. Wow... Was not expecting that. Exceptional customer service!

I really like ordering from well.ca. I've always found the products to be excellent quality and quickly sent out. The problem lies with their delivery service Tforce. To say this delivery service is awful is an understatement. I won't be ordering from well.ca again as it isn't worth the hassle.

Well.ca in my experience is amazing! I’ve only ordered from here twice, both times service was fast and efficient during covid and not... they processed and shipped day of order during covid period which was a holiday at that! My package was delivered by day 3 of ordering and it came with a warm hearted thank you note! It’s company’s like these that really make online shopping great so thank you well.ca! I will have to check you guys out going forward in my online searches for sure.

You will not receive your prescriptions on the day they tell you. Prescriptions aren't exactly something that you can tolerate bad service for. I've asked them to transfer everything back to my original pharmacy, but we'll see if that actually happens without additional follow-up. I'm already a few days without having meds, what are a few more?

I have used the walk-in clinic Tellahealth probably about 7 times now and it’s wpways great! Very simple and quick. Never is a wait time. Yes it’s an extra step here instead of just seeing the doctor you have to see the doctor who’s in training and then see another doctor on the screen. Ive gotten to know the onsite training doctor and he’s awesome very friendly. Makes you feel like he’s just a person like you not somebody better or higher like most doctors tend to do. I’d recommend going here it beats long wait times at other clinics. And it’s completely worth the extra step of calling the tellahealth doc on the screen! I’ll continue going here & hope that once the clinics doctor is done his training and opens his own practice I can be his patients. :)
