Another reason I love this pharmacy is because they give back to the community. Their delivery service is also great for times when you're running low on your meds and can't make it in, even if you're out of the province.

I used to pick up my meds at Rexall Pharmacy just up the street at Church and Wellesley but most of the pharmacists there were consistently slow, rude, condescending, unhelpful and disrespectful of my privacy. The Rexall mobile app has NEVER worked. They constantly send unwanted emails, texts and phone calls even when you ask them to stop. Moreover, they keep raising their administration and dispensing fees which was the last straw. I can't say enough good things about the Village Pharmacy and all the staff that work there. They are the complete opposite of Rexall Pharmacy; they're consistently kind, quick, courteous, respectful and they remember my name each time! Excellent customer service! Friendly staff and they are genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. They remembered my birthday and I received a Christmas holiday card! How nice is that!? Superb! Thank you Zahid!!! You're amazing!!

Their smiling and personalized service including delivery within the immediate area puts them heads and tails above any of the other big box pharmacies in the area. From living in Peterborough to Port Colborn this team of highly efficient professionals GET IT DONE RIGHT. As a customer that worked 14 years for holt renfrew I know a good dependable team.
