In a lifetime of dealing with pharmacies I have never experienced the kind of support I received from the pharmacist, Andrea and her colleague Vanessa. We received an alternative antibiotic for my 6 year old who is allergic to penicillin. She usually is fine with medication but the syrup she was given was too bitter for her taste. I mentioned this to Vanessa and with no hesitation she offered to prepare a better tasting and less bitter version of the medication, and even tasted it to make sure. My daughter was a much happier camper. We will be returning here for sure!

Working with Adam and his team at Pace Compounding Pharmacy over the past 5 years has been excellent. We order all of our IV medications (IV vitamin c/ascorbic acid, b vitamins, methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, minerals, amino acids, etc) from Pace and they are always very prompt and there are never any errors in the orders. Adam is always very knowledgeable when answering any questions we may have about our orders or the medications and I trust that the quality of his compounding is top notch. Very poor customer service. Calling is always difficult and front desk staff is painful to deal with. No idea what is going on and seems like they dont want to answer questions. Ended up switching to another compound pharmacy - way more helpful.

Do not recommend, especially for first time compound users. The pharmacy did not advise of 90 day expiry and required refrigeration upfront, or else I would have made my purchase after a long trip I have coming up. Do not recommend this pharmacy unless you already know ALL the right questions to ask.

The staff at Pace Pharmacy are, to a one, exemplary. The pharmacists know their stuff and the support staff are always courteous and helpful. While in hospital I had to order replacement medication for my discharge. Andrea was extremely helpful in making it possible. She's always on top of things and has even red flagged prescriptions when they don't meet the needs of my health conditions. Earlier I had also had Guihong working on my file and she, too, was exemplary. I am sad that I can't give them more than five stars - I think they deserve six.

i have 3 delivery with this company, but 2 of 3 have issues, I should have delivery yesterday ,but nothing happen, called this morning they said will have it today. lets see.... not sure why deliver not show up .the deliver suppose to be my home 4-8pm.because of this ,I specially get home early half hour from work ,in case the deliver is on time. But Pace Pharmacy called me early morning to explain...so I am glad the quick respond they have.

This place deserves way more praise, there are really no other pharmacies out there that provide the same level of quality and care. They make refilling your prescription incredibly easy, and they'll deliver it to you in a timely manner. The convenience cannot be understated. It's independently owned and operated; supporting local has never been more justifiable in my opinion, especially when that business provides a better service than the big players. I am not sure why they are called Homeopathic and compounding pharmacy - they did not even have phosphorus and advised me to go to Wholefoods for it! Ridiculous.

Pace Pharmacy went above and beyond to compound my daughter’s medications. They individualized every pill and oral liquid for her to a size and taste suitable for a 4 year old. They even ran the medication out to the car so I wouldn’t have to find parking downtown and offered delivery which was extremely helpful. Amazing customer service. Thank you again!
