The service I received from mednow went above and beyond all expectations. The pharmacy assistant I spoke with was friendly, courteous, quick to respond and very helpful; ensured I had a same day phone call from a doctor. Not only do they submit refill requests promptly, the prescriptions are filled with the same promptness. Very impressive. Top quality service and a truly wonderful team. I cannot explain in enough words how incredible my experience has been with the Mednow service and team. This is the first time I was ever unable to make it to a pharmacy from pain, so I looked at my options online and discovered Mednow. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical because I'd never used a service like this before. From the get-go, everything was very transparent. I first spoke with Stacey, the kindest and most helpful pharmacist assistant who answered all of my questions and connected me with Maya, the lovely pharmacist who addressed my concerns, was informative and reassuring. Not long after my initial inquiry, I had the medication hand delivered to my door (unfortunately I didn't get the name of the delivery person, but they were equally as pleasant)! The packaging was carefully curated with relevant information pertaining to the medication, costs, receipts, and even a handwritten note from the team. 18th June 2021 I am a happy customer of Mednow. Their services are amazing. The pharmacists are knowledgeable friendly and keen to help! Even if you miss your prescription they have a doctor for you to consult and enable you to get medicines. They are fantastic. Great team! Mednow is a fantastic reliable and fast service. The pharmacists really care and send you the medicine the next day. I was in deep pain and ordered a medicine and to my surprise and relief got it the next day. I will definitely order all my medicines through Mednow. God bless this great team to help people during this difficult times. I got medicine again through Mednow and its super fast amazing service. I decided to try an online pharmacy when my usual, big-chain storefront pharmacy could neither fill nor find an alternate source of my medication from other pharmacies nearby in a timely manner. Orders are placed and managed via a web app and authentication is confirmed via SMS PIN code. This means you don't need to download a platform-specific app, but you will need to have access to your phone to login. However, you can probably call them if need be (I didn't). I was able to discuss my situation by chat (in the web app) and email. I recieved an SMS message when a chat message was waiting for me. Service was excellent. Features for uploading photos of prescriptions, insurance cards, etc., work well. As it turns out, my medication was not immediately available anyhere and had to be ordered from a supplier by Mednow as well, but they were able to deliver it to my door at the earliest feasible time considering the availability of my medication. Mednow also indicated that they would place an additional order so that sufficient supply of my medication would be on-hand for future refills, helping to avoid gaps like this in the future. I haven't had to ask Mednow to communicate directly with my doctor (i.e., fax for a refill) but based on my experience described below I think it should be just like a regular pharmacy. If all goes well with my next refill, I will strongly consider switching all of my Rx to Mednow in the future as it is best to keep all medications with one pharmacy.

I have been using mednow for the past 3 months. I just have to say they are one of the best online pharmacies I have seen. They are very quick to respond. Are extremely friendly. Same day delivery which is amazing. While I have stayed in Airbnb, they have always delivered my meds. Whether I was in Aurora, Newmarket, Hamilton, or Uxbridge. Never an issue. Super amazing. They call your family doctors for scripts if you can't get there due to covid. I highly recommend this company. They even transfer scripts all you do is speak to them on the phone or through a chat they have in an easy to use app. And it's almost always been only a few minutes wait for a response. They are definitely amazing. And will speak to each customer and help you with your medication needs. And organise meds highly highly highly recommended

She talked me through the different methods of packing my meds. The pillsmart strip packaging was so easy to use since they organize everything I need to take in a day. Their mobile app was easy to use and I setup my account in five minutes. Stacey called me to confirm that they received the prescription from my doctor. They asked me if I wanted a consult with the pharmacist and George called me within five minutes to discuss my medications. I then got a call from the driver 40 minutes later to let me know he had arrived at my door. I received an elegant looking package with my meds, some care items and a personal hand written note to welcome me. The whole process was so wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If you are not using MedNow.ca then you need to UP your pharmacy game! This pharmacy is amazing. Organizing medications and trying to coordinate between the doctors and pharmacies is really overwhelming for me. When I transitioned to MedNow they took care of literally everything. When a doctor accidentally sends a prescription to my old pharmacy, I just message MedNow and they handle all of it. And not in 2-3 business days. IMMEDIATELY. I get responses back quickly. Recently, my doctor was unavailable for a couple of weeks and I was struggling to get a prescription filled. MedNow helped me by contacting doctors and my old pharmacy themselves to work on a temporary solution. When my doctor finally returned and sent a prescription renewal (two weeks after all this), they contacted me within 15 minutes letting me know they had it and would be sending it out that day. Talk about feeling important! LOL. The pharmacists are all insanely friendly and easy to talk to either online or over the phone. I asked if it would be possible to work out a plan to start getting my meds on a monthly shipping schedule (all shipped at one time instead of all over the place…not that it matters with free shipping!) and it was not a problem, the pharmacist worked out a plan to make that happen. When I realized that because of my previous refill schedule, I had an abundance of my medications, they put a pause and said they would help when I was ready for another shipment. They really understand that medication compliance can be overwhelming and they take that burden off my shoulders completely by handling whatever they can. I just seen on their site that they are now offering vitamins, over-the-counter medications, etc. so now I can coordinate those with my medication shipments! A side note: I live in the north and I still get my order within two days, often overnight. Kudos to all the pharmacists making this happen!!!

Update: November 2021 I've been using Mednow services for 8 months now! They have a new app that makes the experience seamless. Mednow staff are constantly reminding me I have medications due for renewal and refills, lifesaver! I've converted many of my friends from their in-person pharmacies to Mednow. They all love the free medication delivery, and chatting with the pharmacist online. Original review: I usually do not write reviews, but my experience with Mednow was so amazing. Typically, I go to my pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, but because of Ford's Stay at Home Order I was compelled to try Mednow. I really wish I switched sooner because I'm shocked at how seamless the whole process was. Making an account on mednow.ca took only 5 minutes. I'm not the best with technology, but it was so easy because the website layout is clear and the steps are minimal. Then, Stacey provided assistance with my order and answered all my questions with knowledge and in a timely manner. By the end of the day, my order was delivered to my home (free of cost!). I'll be telling all of my relatives and friends about Mednow
