Don't bother with this pharmacy, when Hunter sold it to the new owners the family values went out the window. None of the original workers are employed there anymore. You can get your drugs at any other pharmacy cheaper and quicker. I refused to go there even though my doctor was in that building ( who also left).

My five year old autistic step daughter with seizure disorder, had her prescription forced to this Pharmacy. Stay away at all cost. They are overpriced, their customer service is horrible, and when they deliver your prescription, they will charge you full price while only delivering half of it. When you call to request the other half of the script, they promised you delivery and never bring it. Fly-by-night business. Stay away

My mother's doctor referred us to Hunters; with us being in California, I was hesitant. The drug is super expensive anyways but was almost half the cost of what we spent the first time. Called them and found out they had the drug and she explained that once they get the prescription, it would take about a day to review and process and it would ship out and take a little over a week to receive. They called me the next day, I arranged payment and it happened just like she said. With all the pandemic craziness going on, ordering overseas has been very frustrating and extremely delayed. It was nice to get the drug that we needed in a timely fashion. I'll definitely be ordering from Hunters again if I need to.

Pharmacy called to say prescription was ready. Went to pick-up, had no idea what I was talking about. Took 30 minutes to sort out the confusion. Didn't process Green Shield coverage even though information was sent and is covered. Had to pay out of pocket and manual send in paperwork for reimbursement.

I do not think you could get better service. Kind, caring, understanding and a great group to chat with. My daughter needed a certain prescription and the Pharmacist did everything she could to make it work for us. All through an extremely busy stressful time for the business. My pharmacy couldn’t accommodate me and sent me to Hunter. Wow!!! How lucky we are. I’ll be switching pharmacies. This is a true customer serving business.

Honestly the slowest pharmacy I have EVER ever had to deal with. I dunno why even when I'm the only customer in the place and theres 5 people working I can still expect to wait around a hour. It's ridiculous! A typical FOR PROFIT ONLY methadone clinic that only cares about money and not helping patients. I recommend going honestly anywhere else.

This pharmacy is on its own level when it comes to customer care and I emphasize care not service. Their staff are second to none and go the extra mile for their clients daily. They treat all their clients with respect dignity and care, and that isnt always the case in other pharmacies when it comes to methadone replacement therapy
