I am writing this review today because this pharmacy and post office are amazing! My entire family have personally been cared for from day one. We have been customer since they opened their doors. Ever interaction we have ever had has been professional and pleasant. From Ramik, to Liliana and the entire staff, we've always have been made to feel special and important. On behalf of my entire family we thank you so much for everything you do and have done for us. Please know that we are proud and happy to have you as our local Pharmacy/post office. Looking forward to many more years together.

Everyone working in Canada Post at this location should be fired and sued for being in violation of the privacy act and discrimination and so many human rights violations. Worst customer service ever who think they are above the law!

Review is for Guardian pharmacy at 4646 Heritage Hills Mississauga. They advertise certain products on their weekly flyer, but when you go there they will tell you it’s not stocked yet and you have to return next week. Why advertise it if you don’t have it available? Maybe a case of false advertising with the intent to mislead consumers? If you see something on their flyer, don’t bother going because they won’t have it in stock.

Never go to this pharmacy. They substitute your medication by another medication without asking your permission just to make sales. If they do not have the medication they just want to sell you something else...very cheap to to get your money...Not recommend such pharmacy.

I don't usually write reviews online, but when I saw the review bombs on here, I felt like I needed to do something as they all mentioned the same thing. The incident of "human rights" being violated in the newest 3 reviews is doctored at best. I was there during that incident. The staff was polite and patient, and just following orders set by Canada Post. The person(s) (I'm assuming a married couple) in question began to be belligerent and stubborn, and begun yelling and swearing. They were escorted out by police. If this was a true human right's violation, they wouldn't have just left a bad review. But judging by all of the reviewers' review history, this happens to them quite a bit...You can make your own assumptions based off of that. I certainly have. Personally, -in my opinion-, I don't believe any humans rights were violated; especially since staff can refuse service under health and safety. That is all I'll say on that matter. This place, and its staff, has been around for years and there is a reason for that. The owner is kind and accommodating, friendly and does his best to help his patients and customers. In times like these, I can only imagine the stress they are going through by trying to adhere to the new provincial restrictions during this pandemic, as well as trying to be as accommodating as possible. They are in constant danger of getting sick, and on top of that have to deal with customers like the ones who review bombed this little pharmacy. For anyone reading this, please consider being more patient and understanding with essential staff workers. They are just doing what they're told to do. Wow my vitamin d pills are $8 for 250 pills here but at other places i have tried they are $12 for 90 pills!! huge difference!

Amazing postal staff!!! Have been using this location for over 10 years and couldn't be happier. Everyone always goes above and beyond to help us out and fix any issues we have come across over the years we have been there. It's been a pleasure working with them and we look forward to continuing with them for as long as we can in the future.

If I could give them a zero I would.I witnessed discrimination first hand. The Canada post Philippino lady denied to give the lady her package because she was not wearing a mask. Canada Post did not offer any kind of accommodation for her. It was disgusting. The employees here ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACIST should be well aware of mask bylaws and medical exemptions and offer some kind of accommodations. Do not go here if you don’t want to witness harassment.

Staff is not friendly at all. I live next door and choose to go elsewhere. Went again this Sunday and the same unfriendly and rude lady was working at the register. Definitely not going here again.

This pharmacy and Canada Post location inside do not deserve any star at all. Very rude staff. They do not respect customers, violates people's privacy and discriminate. They are not accommodating customers with mask exemption.

Many times when I go to this pharmacy to get my prescribed medication, they never have it in stock. This is very frustrating!

Outstanding pharmacy, outstanding staff. When my dad wasn’t keeping too well in spite of taking medications, the pharmacist Mr. Situl Sachania guided me every single day ( cos , of course I had no clue about the medications) and helped me overcome my fears. Even though it was a long weekend, he was always there helping us. Thank u, Mr. Situl , for going above and beyond in your job.
