Very rude staff. Every time I go to fill my prescription they act like putting together my medication is the biggest inconvenience for them. It's unfortunate that they are the only pharmacy that carries this medication.

I realize we have social distancing rules but the female inside the store could use a little diplomacy with patrons. I really should say manners. Don't bark at people to wait outside, use manners. We all realize there is social distancing & those of us that are seniors are more cautious. All we ask is a little respect and manners.

Unfortunately this pharmacy stated to me that because they are not a “chain” store, they do not need to adhere to the mask by-Law for the Niagara Region. If you cannot wear a mask and declare a medical exemption, they make you wait outside until they are able to help you. You then have to discuss personal items you’d like to purchase and they bring them to you on the sidewalk along with your change.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead to see if a custom compound could be made that evening (called Friday at 5pm - They said they closed at 8pm) for my daughter who came home from school sick. They confirmed over the phone that they would be able to do so if I brought in the prescription within the hour. I immediately drove 25 minutes to get there and they said the lab was closed for the weekend (hours are 2-5pm weekdays). I hadn’t even a moment to respond to this surprise statement before the woman said angrily that she didn’t know who I talked to on the phone and proceeded to explain further what she had already told me (I didn’t even get a chance to get angry, lol). Mistakes are surely made (though this one is perplexing), but disrespecting a customer in person like this is unacceptable, especially when they were already in the wrong. Stunning, really. I would never trust this establishment with the well-being of my family.

Bad experience.The pharmacist and front desk declined to fill my prescription because " It is available commercially" which is not true. Also I have been using same medication last year and I used to get the medication at Shoppers drug mart in Toronto. Did not even bother to hear my explanation.

Horribly rude customer service towards me. I am on the autistic spectrum and they decided to discriminate against me for not wearing a mask even though I have exemption. A lady with blond hair yelled at me and threw my stuff outside. All I wanted was water.
