Had the pleasure of visiting DrugSmart to deal with a fairly delicate and embarrassing medical issue. The staff and store dealt with issue responsibly and professionally, even though I was nervous about the experience. I thought my diagnosis meant I was going to have a humbling experience but, with a DrugSmart of this calibre, it actually means no worries! For the rest of my days, I'll be coming to this location when I can.

I’ve had plenty of pharmacy experiences that left me scarred, but now that doesn’t matter, it’s in the past. The people who run this place should be filled with pride at their efficient service. The staff is friendly and always have time to give me their morning report while treating me like a king. A well earned 5 stars and people should be stampeding to this service.

Do not shop online with this pharmacy. I place a large order two weeks ago and nothing has been shipped. I wrote two emails but am not getting an answer. I also tried to call customer service but there is only a voicemail. Be very careful.

I have a chronic condition that has me coming to pharmacies often. I have been to many while traveling, and this pharmacy is by far the best I have been to. The staff is always friendly and fast, whether at the counter or over the phone. They always take the extra step to make sure patients and other customers get what they need in a timely manner. Oliver the manager, and Joe and the women that work there are all professional, friendly, and highly educated on all relevant medical issues and medicines. I would recommend choosing this as your "go to" Pharmacy whether you go to the attached Doctor's Office or not. I am confident you will not have any issues and stay with them as your go to pharmacy. i am a new student at trent. i decided to to use this pharmacy because it has better coverage, free delivery and next day pick up. however after i had my doctor fax the prescription to their number no one had got back to me. never did i experience this with any other pharmacy. worst of all they don't respond to online chat or the landline now. now i ran out of prescription. i will update if anything changes. but what an awful first impression.
