I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for a couple years. Many mistakes made. Complete lack of communication. Sent my prescription in and a week later no one calls to tell me that my doctor had to be contacted but never got back to them. Zero follow up with myself or my doctor. And when I asked why they claim they don’t have the resources to follow up on every fax. Wow ! So they can’t do their jobs ? Guess I’m moving on to another pharmacy. Zero accountability

Dishonest, devious and unfair. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. My parents who are high risk dutifully signed up for their covid-19 vaccination list. They were never called. Meanwhile the pharmacy is taking people off the street without appointment and who don't meet the current criteria. What is the point of a list and booking system if you have no intention of following it? They live a block away and could easily come on short notice, but waiting in line and venturing into the public during a pandemic puts them at risk. Which is why the followed the protocol. Don't waste your time with these deceitful people, find a pharmacy who follows the rules. Deal with healthcare professionals that act professionally. I will be reporting to all relevant authorities. I'm disgusted.
