Horrible, incompetent, lazy, do not follow Dr instructions, could've poisoned my mom with the advice they gave about her medication. A nurse took a nap on our couch while my mom was hooked up to the IV. called 5 min before arriving. Management did nothing except say "sorry we can only try to do better" I asked everyday for the nurses to be scheduled to come in the morning when my mom was strongest 3 out of the 10 days was that done. The medication was to be administered 1 every 24 hours only done 3 out of the 10 days. These nurses shouldn't be taking care of humans they should only treat animals the way they treated my was like she was a piece of meat they could put on and take out of the refrigerator. I feel sorry for the elderly people that don't have someone to speak for them while having these "nurses take care" of them. When you call you never know who you’re talking to or which department you’re being transferred to.

Andrea in customer services is the worst agent a company can have. U guys need to fix it!! Lazy. Don't take instructions. Don't follow instructions right. I don't know how u guys operate.

Very substandard supplies. Recent new catheter patient in Hamilton has experienced FIVE incidents in less than two weeks where the leg bag tube disconnects from the catheter tube. Tried to tape it, it does not hold. Shame on Calea for even allowing such product to be part of their inventory, and shame on the CCAC for authorizing only the cheapest supplies. Most of the visiting nurses from Bayshore just blame the patient, rather than reporting the problem and ordering better leg bag supplies.

Worst experience ever. I’m out of surgery since 3 days waiting for the medical package and they did not deliver yet. The package is intended to clean my wounds. The nurse visited me and couldn’t do anything without the package. Very careless and unreliable especially with a health issue. 2 times got the address wrong and promising to deliver without fulfilling the promise.

My wife was supposed to receive her antibiotics at 8pm April 1st 2021 the pharmacist phoned me that this medication needs anEAP form signed by the physician before he can dispense it otherwise it will cost me $4000.00 unfortunately the doctor could not be reached and they could not dispense the drug until they get paid . Luckily I gave them my insurance number and finally they released the medication for 3 doses and we received it around 10.30pm there is no reason to decline the patients medication that needs it ASAP because of payments they could have sorted it out once they got in touch with the physician after Easter weekend . Disappointed with the mother company Fresenius Kabi !!!!!!

Do not go here if u have an abscess. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Nurse once shoved her finger in my wound when she was not supposed to. Nurses are not compassionate of pain or anything. Better off going to another clinic.

Was suppose to receive much needed supplies today (Aug 20) for my nurse Tomorrow and yet here I sit at 11 pm with NO supplies. Not sure how nurse will dress my wounds tomorrow if she comes before supplies do! And I called twice with a guarantee of a delivery by today!

Awful! Worst customer service. They missed my medication delivery and left an unclear voice mail. The patient has cancer and it's a serious matter. You simply cannot trust them. AVOID AT ANY COST!

They were very good with me. I had a line pull out and they took me in immediately and fixed it. It coming out was no fault of theirs. I was with a jerk who didn't realize they switched arms and he pulled on my arm. But the staff at calea were great.

Unbelievably terrible. My IV wasn't working, needed help urgently ..they hung up on me. Wow. Just wow. They supplied an IV pump and couldn"t answer basic questions for someone who"s never had an iv before. Nearly died two days ago and now this! It took me 2hrs to finally get some help which i could barely understand since i sadly only speak english.

June 28, 2017 went to return unused wound care dressing with heparin shots (which are not expired) to Calea. They said they do not take back stuff and suggested Red Cross. We call Red Cross and they do not take such medical supplies and provided us another contact number. I find it very concerning that Calea A MEDICAL SUPPLIER does not have a proper way of disposing medical supplies? How are you still operational? How do you dispose of your medical supplies waste? Do you expect the public to adhere to proper disposal of medical supplies? You are not making it easy.!

This is not a good facility to get your wounds cure! When I got there on the 15th of March around 3:10pm for my appointment, so I rang the bell once to let them know that I'm here for my appointment. This tall Chinese girl or lady from my prospective she old, she came out and I said I have an appt at 3:10pm and nobody calling me yet then she start yelling! That's pretty rude even this other lady told on her that she so rude....I don't recommend this to anyone...they are rude and they don't know what they're doing! Seriously....

Should be zero stars. I was supposed to have IV medication delivered before the nurse came to my house at 9pm. I called to confirm the delivery at 8pm and was told that the driver was on route with the medication and would be at my house before 9pm. At 8:50pm, the driver calls me and tells me he is picking up the meds now and would not be at my house until 10:30pm. I am supposed to have these meds every 12 hours.
