If you are the registered patient then the service is excellent, very courteous staff that is willing to accommodate your request. Dr Batavia is a great listener, he explains and discusses options with you. I have never felt rushed or if my talk was going on as a white noise for the Dr Batavia. I highly recommend him as a Doctor. I have seen average wait times if you walk in with out an appointments , but it was similar to what i have seen at other walk in clinics, in my opinion with a good Doctor its worth the wait.

We did a walk-in at 7PM Friday. The receptionist answered the phone, was polite, and when we went there, we were ushered in after a short wait. The clinic was brand new and very clean. Dr Batavia is a very pleasant doctor that inspires confidence and comfort. Excellent bedside manner, and highly recommended.

Dr Batavia is a friendly,warm, and a thorough doctor. He always listens to my complaints in a focused way and takes his time to answers all our questions. He doesn't just prescribe pills and shuffle you out. He encourages an overall healthy lifestyle which isn't necessarily achieved through medication. Wait times is not much and Dr and his staff are really accommodating when you need to see him. Brand new and clean facility.

I had an incredible experience visiting their walk-in. The receptionist was extremely friendly and my appointment was on time and effective. The clinic was extremely clean and looked brand new. The doctor was empathetic and answered all of my questions. After being dodged by my family doctor he was able to quickly diagnose my condition, helped me with a referral to a specialist for surgery and even scheduled a follow up appointment with him in a few weeks.

Excellent clinic! Dr Batavia and his staff members simply exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to Canada from the US and didn’t have a family physician, so had to call their office to schedule a walk-in appointment. I was taken in immediately and was attended well in time. I must say Dr. Batavia is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate, I did not feel rushed at all. I got some blood tests done on the same day within the clinic. The Dr gave me a follow up call the next day and assured me that he is there to help till the time I find a family physician. It’s difficult to find a family physician in these hard times so I had to reach out to Dr Batavia again after a few weeks for a referral. After patiently discussing my situation he promptly referred me to a Specialist. Now I have found a family physician and I will be meeting the Specialist too. I just wish my new Dr is as good as Dr Batavia ????

Wonderful experience! I called as soon as they opened and they squeezed me in for an appointment about an hour after. The receptionist I spoke to over the phone was very nice and took all of my information down to make it a more streamline process before coming in for my appointment. The facility was clean (the bathroom, lobby and the offices), the staff was very professional, the doctor came in quickly and I was out of there within 25 minutes. Amazing walk-in clinic. I wish I came here beforehand! Will certainly come here in the future.

Simply the best doctor. Personable, relatable, world class medical doctor who also practiced in the U.K. and continues on here in Canada as well. Realistic approach and takes his time to ensure you understand what you're diagnosed with so that you may feel at ease. Been my family doctor ever since one walk-in experience with him; thats how knowledgeable my first impression was with him. The vibe you would get is like it's ur personal barber, you can tell him anything and he will remember and find a way to almost be a friend. Great doctor. His staff are extra friendly and the environment he has created in general is amazing. Highly recommended A++++

I’d give 0 stars if I had an option. The clinic shuts at 1:00 pm. I reached there with a sick patient at 12:50pm - Good 10 minutes before they shut and they told us to go away. We were there on a holiday not for brunch but because someone is sick! This is a doctor’s office not a restaurant that you turn away people saying they are full.

Was told by Zeena the receptionist that doctor wouldn’t see me because he wouldn’t be paid to do so. By far the worst phone interaction I’ve ever had with a receptionist. I was advised to see a doctor immediately by my family doctor. By the time I get off work it would be 7pm and my family doctors office would be closed so I was told to go to a local walk in. I called this clinic which is in my neighborhood and open until 8pm and was assisted by “Zeena” who offered no help, no support and told me she couldn’t schedule me in today (even if she had availability) because I already spoke to a doctor on the phone this morning and so her doctor wouldn’t be paid to see me. She flat out told me that the doctor wouldn’t be paid for my visit so she wouldn’t schedule me in. Frankly this kind of communication with a patient who was advised to see a local doctor should be illegal. Disgusted with this clinic. No help offered and very very rude receptionist. I’m honestly astounded by my phone conversation today.

Dr.Batavia is an awesome physican and a great human! He is always smiling, listens to his patients with lot of patience and never gives unnecessary medications. Very friendly welcoming staff and accommodative anytime. The walk-ins waiting time vary but one should be able to see the doctor in reasonable time compared to others. The clinic is very tidy and if you are going with kids, they have some toys and books to pass the time. There is a drug store in the clinic. In my visits, I have noticed that the doctor has patients from various age groups and he seems to be popular with new borns and young children. I recommend this place and especially if looking for a family doctor as Dr. Batavia is a true family doctor that treats patients like a family member.

Extremely friendly staff here and their office is clean, and Dr. Batavia is among the kindest doctors who actually cares about his patients. I have seen him countless times come up to someone and say how are you doing today? Or give them a complament these are small things but they are a personal touch that some doctors lack. The one previous Dr I had treated people like a chequebook to describe all sorts of prescriptions.

I visited this clinic for the first time and my experience from my conversation through the phone, in person with the receptionist, nurse and doctor until I left their clinic was very pleasant. They even have a pharmacy (pharmacist was also very friendly) inside so I didn't have to go to Walmart which is usually packed to go get my medicine. I definitely would recommend this clinic to my friend and family. Thank you for staying open!

Covid times are not easy on anyone. I can understand the pressure on the doctor and staff but to turn away a patient after assessment is extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend Dr B to anyone. Ill-mannered, condescending and disrespectful doctor. I am sure the staff agrees.

I called the clinic and asked about wait times , the front desk lady told me 10-15 mins max. I was in the same parking, it took me 2 mins to get in. I saw people all over, i asked her again she said max 15 mins. But it took me 1 hour 15. Also people called infront of me asking same questions, she repeated same thing to everybody ( only 10-15 mins wait , we are not busy ) anyways I waited for 1 hour 15 mins to see a doctor and when doctor came i told him about the 2 problems i was having , he clearly said he can only see one problem at a time. And i should make another appointment next week for the other problem. And he took less than 2 mins to see me . He said its a-lot of work, if walk in patients come with multiple problems and we don’t have that much time. It clearly showed unprofessionalism and unethical behaviour , he just wanted me to visit again so he can swipe my health card and make money. Just stay away from this doctor . Please its not worth the wait and his behaviour.

One of a kind clinic! Very clean, up kept, modern, and peaceful environment. You feel relaxed as you wait for your appointment and they have free wi-fi. Definitely different from your usual outdated walk in. Very friendly and helpful staff and pharmacist. My experience with Dr. Sarju Batavia has been the best experience so far in history of dealing with many doctors through time. He is very polite, listens very well to your questions and concerns, and has a overall genuine care and concern for his patients. I was able to spend half hour with him no problem and did not feel rushed at all. Very personable and you feel like a friend and doctor relationship instantly rather then the common standard procedure relationship you find with doctors. Provided plenty of information in regards to my health and I felt better educated walking out then usual. Alot of doctors dont like to spend too much time with the patient and you feel rushed leaving with not enough information or basic guide lines. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor and is looking for more in depth analysis of health. The office has late hours on set days which helps alot with busy schedules.

The best medical clinic ever, so I strongly recommend this clinic. My husband has never been completely cured his cough, even major hospitals in Korea have never diagnosed his symptom correctly. However, my spouse completely recovered within a few days after he saw the Doctor in this medical center. The Doctor is very professional and kind, and the walk-in never has long waiting time.
