Excellent pharmacy. The pharmacist is a knowledgeable, experienced professional. She services with care, and dedication, offers free delivery, and always reminds me of my mothers medication. Sometimes I don’t even need to call the doctor’s office, as she takes care of that, offering a personalized service. They always have specials/sales in many products, from the shampoos to vitamins, perfect boutique style pharmacy. Thank you!

Every time you enter the pharmacy, the first thing you will see is Aida with her smile and professionalism. She is an amazing pharmacist and provide always a prompt service. Aida is very patient and will take time to go through the prescription and answer any question or concern you might have. It is always great to go there. I would recommend to anyone I.D.A pharmacy located at Upper Middle and Sixth Line in Oakville.

Aida at Upper Middle I.D.A. Pharmacy is a lovely and wonderful lady to begin with. Added to that, her extreme professionalism, courteous manner and knowledge makes it very easy to order and pick up my prescriptions. I love that when I was not able to pick up my prescription, Aida called and said "don't worry, I will bring it to you on my way home" You don't get this from the big pharmacies!!! It feels like a home town pharmacy and that is what it is!

Aida is a real gem to have as a pharmacist. She’s professional, helpful, knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know your family and shows true care and concern for your well being. Definitely something you won’t get at the big box pharmacies. When our newborn son was diagnosed with a rare condition, we tried endlessly to find a pharmacy to help get his special formula and Aida @ IDA was the only one that came through- we haven’t left since.
