I had an amazing conversation with a women on the phone on Saturday, October 2nd around 12:45pm from this pharmacy. I wish I remembered her name. Rather than just indicating when the prescription was ready she had a 10 minute conversation with me about my son's symptoms and what was prescribed. I received a prescription from a walk in clinic over the telephone earlier that day for my 2 year old and she heard my concerns as I wasn't 100% comfortable giving them to my son just from the conversation I had with the walk in. She spent the time like a caring friend and gave her opinions on what to do at home. I left feeling SO HEARD and didnt feel like meds were just prescribed but an actual conversation was had on what's best for my son. I got to speak to my son's pediatrician today about what happened as he's closed on weekends and he was very happy with the advice she gave me. I am so happy I found this pharmacy. Sometimes it can be a little intimidating to get medical advice. There's a lot of unknowns and you are asking to a certain level strangers for input on very important decisions. Without the incredible assistance from Zahra Sumra at the Mississauga Truscott store, I would be lost. To put it politely, with the pain and lack of sleep I go through, my mental capacity is not 100%. Zahra's guidance and, patience was greatly appreciated. It is the help she provides to us handicap people; we desperately need her help so we can lead our lives as productive as we can. She is a pleasure to conduct business with.

We need more places like Truscott I.D.A. The front staff at the pharmacy greeted us with a smile the minute we walked through the door and directed to where we needed to go. Thank you to the attentive and knowledgeable staff at Adapt Home Health Care. Tania help to coordinate a home visit with a licensed OT (Occupational Therapist) for my elderly grandmother and quickly filled the order for her equipment. This level of customer service is hard to find. If you are in the area you should really make this your "go to" pharmacy.

This is by far the best Pharmacist (Neena) my family has had. All of my concerns and questions are knowledgeably satisfactorily answered. Neena is wonderful about special orders. If there is a specialty product needed, she is able to order it in. This is wonderful since some items cannot be ordered online but Neena is able to do so. This store is very involved in the community, having events for seniors and family (seasonal arts/crafts/cookie decorating), which is nice when you have small children. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. This I.D.A has some great sales so I am always excited to see the new flyer. I have and would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone.

I have been a customer at this IDA from the very beginning and would never even consider changing Pharmacies. My experience over the years has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are amazing and will always go the extra mile to make sure you get what is the very best for you. One of my cats KitKat had to loose her left eye because of glaucoma which was horrible but what was even more disturbing was that KitKat would have to get drops 3 times a day for the rest of her life in her right eye. When I told the pharmacist about KitKat, he told me that they would gladly fill KitKat's prescription for me. I was surprised to say the least but when he told me the cost I was stunned because I would be saving about $20.00 every time I filled the prescription. Like I said the Staff at the Truscott IDA will definitely go that extra mile to make your life better ????.

I needed a hospital bed. Unfortunately the sale had ended and the floor model sold. I spoke to Tonye and told her that I really wanted the bed but could not afford the price and for her to check if she could find me another floor model for the price originally seen. She said leave it with her. Within a day she called to say she found me a bed. I was very happy. The bed has been delivered and I am very pleased. She was very accommodating and helpful. My experience was horrible. I would read all the bad reviews and see how the staff hate where they work. There is zero education behind their training and they can only suggest products that a popular in the market but not suited to the needs of my mum. Does anyone here have a science background and understand what they are saying or are they learning scripts? After visiting the website, I noticed most of the staff on their website don't work there anymore? how many staff members have left this year? I used to visit in the past and I worked with one lady for a while. She helped me order product and get funding through ODSP. she no longer works there and she was amazing. Now I don't want to come back. Everytime I come here there is a new staff member. Say a lot about the place.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for our family's prescription drug needs for over 20 years, and when the previous owner/pharmacist left, I was worried that the same customer care/service would be gone with him. FAR FROM IT!! Neena and her staff are truly awesome! I always feel welcomed and the level of service and advice provided to me is stellar. I needed a refill of a drug that is currently back ordered from the manufacturer, but Neena called me after store hours to explain the situation AND then went the extra mile to send my script to another pharmacy that did have some supply left, so that I don't have to go without a vital part of my heartcare drug regime. KUDOS NEENA and staff! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

My father just had major back surgery and I was looking for some supplies for his return home. Michelle literally spent 20 - 30 min with me going over the best possible options for my dad.
