She made a big deal for absolute no reason when it came to my handwriting. She charged tax when we gave her cash. She is not suppose to charge anything else when she takes cash and she wasn't treating everyone equally with her prices. She acted as if she was going to open her clinic on a Sunday just for me and my mother when they were 10 to 12 people there. Ayesha you are very rude and have a lot of attitude and are completely unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here again or coming to this place for anything. Very poor service especially for a medical service, shows how you have zero experience with customer service.

After informing Rana, she called on a Sunday the Lab technician ( think her name was Jennifer ) of my error, and behold Jennifer drive on her off day to the office to have my certificate corrected. My wife developed some septic under a fingernail which became unbearably painful. We had a hard time getting any doctor to see her last night due to Covid restrictions. We ended up going to ER at Oakville Memorial around 10 PM but they said the wait time would be a minimum of 5 hours. So we headed back home and texted Ayesha through a neighbourhood chat line and explained the situation. Much to our surprise she responded back immediately and provided detailed explanations on how to minimize the pain. She followed through by setting up an appointment with the doctor next door first thing this morning. We saw the doctor and got the correct medication prescribed and my wife is well on her way to recovery. We are very lucky to have met a caring professional like Ayesha, especially in today's pandemic environment. Thank you Ayesha!

Why does greed never end? False advertising and terrible customer service. The lady increased the RT-PCR test price by 50% on the spot and charged $120+HST when they had clearly advertised the same test for $79.99+HST until December 31, 2021. Would not budge even when shown their flyer. Other pharmacies in the area still upholding their advertised pricing when called to verify. Will not recommend to friends and family.
