These ladies are so helpful as well as knowledgable. I switched from Shoppers Drug Mart and never regretted it. I should have changed years ago. They always greet you with a smile on top of their excellent service. I highly recommend this pharmacy as the best in the Erin Mills area . Easy access as well.

It’s really disgusting at a time like this that they would take advantage and price gauge people. A rapid test in Dec was $20!, now they are charging $50. Furthermore they will it take returns. It’s not ethical practice.

Staff is extremely kind, efficient and competent. The main pharmacist is very kind and caring. My whole family uses this location as our go-to pharmacy and I would definitely recommend it! When it comes to health and medication you should always feel like you are in good hands, that is how I (and my family) feel whenever we come here.

After the new laws came into effect about Ontarians being under the age of 25 receiving free medications..I went to this pharmacy as I have been for 5 years now. Myself and my mother always had amazing service and felt extremely well taken care of. However recently I became sceptical as they had prescriptions ready for sale to me way before I needed them and my insurance was no longer accepted after it had worked the first 3 times....i now had to pay upfront all the time and no one seemed to be able to explain to me why...including my insurance provider. However this time took the cake...I handed them my health card stating that my medication was covered (as per OHIP's website, it is until my 25th birthday) and was told that the law states "24" and since I am already 24 years of age, i had to pay up front again. I paid since it looked like they had spent 10 minutes with my health card behind the computer trying to figure something out, and maybe my drug wasn't covered, or maybe it was 24...i wasn't going to cause a scene and walked out but continued to dig. i found all of the information i needed to conclude that I should not have paid, I am covered by the new law and the pharmacy was completely in the wrong. I am going back tomorrow for a refund and to take my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE...COMPLETE CASH GRAB UNDER NEW STAFF.

I’m truly disgusted by their business ethics. I’m all about supporting smaller pharmacies but unfortunately this one is very money hungry. They changed the price of the N95 masks twice within a 2 minute visit. The display box clearly said they were $80 for a box. They tried selling it to me for $100 and $120 to the lady behind me. I will never return to the location. I recommend you not trust them either.
