I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful family doctor. The last good one I had was close to retirement, he was my doctor since I was 16, he delivered my first child, and I'm now 57. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful doctor Dr. Tiab is, as he actually does care about you, not just what you are in for on a particular day.

We were patients with Dr.Tiab from the time we moved to Stoney creek in 2013. Having had poor doctors in my past coming to Dr.Tiab was a godsend he listens and takes the time and genuinely cares about your overall health. He helped me through a difficult medical decision with the utmost care and concern. He looks after both my son and my wife as well and we are always met with a smile and more than enough time to cover anything that is wrong with us and never have been rushed from the office like is the practice of so many doctors today. Any time we have needed to see him we see him that day which again is rare nowadays. Also not to be understated is his front line personel in Zulma words cant describe what she means to my little family she is always so friendly and makes sure if we need to be seen we get in as quickly as possible she is truly 1 in a million.I can't speak for others and thier reviews but he has always been more than fantastic with us and more than accommodating. We knew well in advance he was leaving to go to Oakville and to be honest for us living in Stoney creek it was only a few more minutes down the road to see him, and to get 100% top notch quality service I'd drive farther. I have to say if you want to trust your family's health care to someone I'd highly recommend Dr.Tiab my wife and son are the most precious things in the world to me and I trust him with thier care implicitly.

My 18 years old daughter came today to get help with very bad sinus symptoms and was sent back without seeing a doctor. It's inappropriate that med personal refused in help to very sick person with insurance etc.. Very BAD clinic. I'll never come here again. If I could post this review without any star I would do it.

Dr. Tiab is not only has good experience but also spend time with everyone. Many family doctors may have good experience but they do not spend time with the people. He care about you and spend time with you, which is more important than anything else.

We have been Dr Tiabs patients for a number of years ,,we followed him from Stoney Creek. He is very knowledgeable and always has time to explain things . We feel very lucky to have him as our doctor ,,if there were ten stars in this rating he would get ten .

Be prepared to wait over an hour for your appointment. They don't understand the meaning of an appointment here. Standard wait times are 30 minutes to an hour past your appointment time. I've had to leave twice over the past year due to the long wait time and other commitments. The disrespect and lack of courtesy is high at this place.

Despite the giant store front sign advertising the place as a walk-in clinic, and the language on the website about urgent care, this is NOT a walk-in clinic. It is false advertising. I was turned away during an acute crisis that could have been easily handled by a GP (instead of putting more unnecessary strain on already struggling ERs) even though I do not have a family doctor and have nowhere else to go.

Does not care about his patients. He left his old practice in Stoney Creek with less than 3 weeks notice to his patients. Oakville is not close to Stoney Creek. It is at least an hour round trip from his old office. So, to expect patients to follow him there is ridiculous. Even when he was still accepting patients, he likely knew he would be leaving. He screwed so many people. This was handled wrong, and was borderline unethical. I honestly feel like reporting him to The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario for how he went about this. He was a good doctor, but then this happened and I came to realize that he doesn’t have the patents best interests in mind. On top of all of this, he didn't take any records with him, so if you are switching Doctors you have to pay his old practice $20+ to transfer them. At least if he took them, he could offer to transfer them for free. That would be something, but I guess that is asking too much. We are not his patents anymore, why would he care about us now. It not like he cared about us when we were. Stay away, far away from Dr. Tiab. He is not worth it.
