this pharmacist creeps me out. he comments on my looks and pesters me if i don’t come back often enough that i’ve been missing for too long. also when i was leaving once, he said goodbye, and i was going out the door he mumbled “sweetheart” under his breath. it really freaked me out honestly, i feel kinda grossed out he has my address.

Adel bebawy, head pharmacist at this pharmacy is the best in the region, to say the least. Comfortable environment while you wait, and he sells all other kinds of things (mainly foreign products) such as sweets etc. He will also personally delivery your meds to your residence if you can't make it in. He's a charming individual. Very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs. If it's out of stock it'll guaranteed be there by opening time next day. Next door he's runs queens medical centre which has a lab on site. His wife is a doctor there currently putting people on a wait list to have her as their family doctor. A great business with humour from adel bebawy as always to lighten our situation.

I am a student and short on cash, I went to Shoppers and they quoted me 100$ for a generic refill on my prescription, stating I “had no coverage”. Took the same prescription here and they processed my school healthplan, found another coverage I qualified for, called them, and got me a name brand refill for 0.00$! The people here really care.

Honestly this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff have 0 respect for any of the patients, they're rude in person and over the phone, creepy, mumble when they speak, and they take forever to fill any prescription. I'm never going back, especially since they claimed they didn't have a prescription after it had JUST been filled by one of their doctors. I'm seriously just baffled at how much bullshit this place is. Don't go here and don't go to the connecting walk-in clinic, its just as bad.

Receptionist can come off as a little rude. Decent clinic. Very slow. Theyre never on time in the mornings and they don't follow the set scheduled appointments. Normally only one doctor, so you're in for a very long wait.

The pharmacist is very friendly and, although some may find him eccentric or say that he has a quirky personality, I find him to be a respectable man with a good professional code. As with any engagement, the attitude goes both ways, so you get what you give and I found that as long as I was upfront about everything, he was willing to bend over backwards to help me. Very satisfied and would recommend.

If I can give no star I would but one star is the worse you can rate them. They are all unprofessional and the place is filthy. The Pharmacy is no better especially the person that owns that place is very rude on top of being unprofessional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pharmacist is crooked. I am a student, and this is my first time living on my own and I frankly don't know how insurance and things like that work. I do have private insurance and I've also got my student insurance from the college. When I first moved to Oakville, I went to IDA pharmacy on Queensbury and I 100% recommend them. I didnt have to pay anything and the pharmacist was really lovely. Then I moved and this pharmacy was closer. For 6 months, I was paying 40 bucks for my prescriptions. I always questioned it and I was told excuses along the lines of "it's a new law under ford" or "we can't accept private insurance and student insurance at the same time" or "it's because you're getting name brand" (my prescription requires name brand since I react to the generic but even after telling him this, he kept telling me they're the same and how he gets a discount for giving out generic, and he doesn't get as much money back for giving out name brand. He seemed to blame me for needing name brand.) He was always nickel and diming me. I know now that these were excuses. I moved again, and went back to the IDA pharmacy and I didn't have to pay anything. I told my new pharmacist about this because I was shocked and she told me that I should have been able to use both insurances to cover my prescriptions, even if they're name brand. I think this pharmacist takes advantage of students since they generally don't know too much about how this should work. I've been srewed over by this guy, so I'm writing this so you hopefully won't be.

My wife and I went in to the pharmacy today. He is an absolute gem of a gentleman. Honestly, very professional, knowledgeable, kind and on top of that, better prices than any other pharmacy in the area. We highly recommend Queen's Pharmacy and will continue to support.

Pharmacist is very rude and is always shouting at patients. Unacceptable. The place is filthy and the makeshift floorboards are uneven and not safe.

If you can go anywhere else, do that. As mentioned its filthy, overpriced and the guys is very rude and creepy. I used to get my meds here and not only were they often late, half the time the pills would look different. It was the right meds but a different brand every month so I had to check that I had actually gotten the correct ones. I finally decided to leave, and the guy called me up and grilled me on why i transfered my prescriptions. That is beyond wrong, i shouldnt have to explain myself for changing pharmacies, im not under contract with him. He obviously has no problem using patient information inappropriately and thats noth the person you want handling your medical and insurance info. Just pushy, rude, and unhelpful. Spare yourself the headache, go to shoppers or something, most big pharmacies do free delivery at this point if its too far for you.

This office is incredibly slow. They are inconstant and it doesn't matter if you make appointments, you'll still wait nearly an hour or more to get in while walk in patients are sent to rooms before you. It unfortunately is close to my home so I have been on more than one occasion. There are two or three receptionists, and one of them its incredibly rude every time I'm in. It's unfortunate because the doctors are ok...but I wouldn't visit again. I'd rather drive...

I moved here just about a year ago. I haven't had any troubles and nothing negative to say. I'm treated respectfully and professionally as a client. Of course, I'm not the type to get wound up on the little hiccups here and there. Take small things with a grin and enjoy the day! Every interaction works both ways.
