Terrible communication. They are unable to understand or convey the simplest information. They are supposed to be delivering important medications that need to be taken on a daily basis. However, if there is any kind of delay, they don't even bother to contact you to let you know. For example, one month I called them, worried because I hadn't received my medication, only to be told, "Oh, yeah, we had a question for you about that one, so we haven't sent it out yet". Oh yeah? Was I supposed to have guessed that? They knew what date I needed it by, based on when my previous prescription ran out, but didn't make any effort to get it to me on time. I'll be looking into having my company health plan registered with another pharmacy, even though it will cost me more. The stress I go through every month, praying my medication arrives in time and making emergency alternate arrangements when it doesn't, is not worth it.

Ordered kids multi vitamins on Amazon, pharmex was the seller of the item and it never arrived. Inquiries through Amazon to the seller were left unanswered and I’m sitting here having spent almost $30 on an item that was not fulfilled. Would not buy from this seller again.

I have been extremely happy with Pharmex Direct. Through their cost assist program, the majority of my prescriptions have been no cost to me. For the ones I am charged for, I am receiving substantial savings. The customer service is wonderful and they have answered all of my questions. For my first order, I mentioned that I'm not home during the day to receive my prescriptions by courier and they offered to have the prescriptions sent to my work if that was easier. I would highly recommend the services provided by Pharmex Direct to anyone.

I've had yet another great experience using Pharmex. They keep a record of all my repeat prescriptions in their system, and they deliver it right to my house when I need a refill at no extra cost. Very simple, friendly people, easy to use. Highly recommend.
