Went to fill a prescription at 2:05 and was told they closed at 2pm. The pharmacist was still there and it was a basic antibiotic prescription and they told me they were closed. I begged them and explained I had a 6am flight the next day to a foreign country and desperately needed it for an ear infection. They refused. I understand they were closing but this is terrible customer service.

If it was possible I would give them 10 stars they are the epitome of professionalism. I have had some health issues and the lady that helped me answered every single question and really put my mind at ease. By the time my questions were done had prescription in hand. Would recommend this pharmacy to all of my friends.

The highest possible review, rating or accolades of any sort would not compare to the true value of this pharmacy from the owner, the pharmacists, assistants and all its staff whom are all the most genuine, professional and caring people I’ve ever encountered. You can’t put a price on the level of service they provide that has given me a whole new outlook on their profession as they are true legitimate lifesavers. If you have to wait an extra few minutes occasionally for one of them to be as thorough as they consistently are to find a potential error of many varieties which could possibly result in saving you, your family and children’s lives in many cases we’re ultimately unaware of until they take their time to explain it personally no matter how busy they are at times with the outmost sincerity and care. The amount respect I have for these people can’t be expressed in words. They have helped save my life and probably many others whether known or not but rest assure they will make someone’s day better today and that’s what’s most important.. Bless you all❤️

They took my prescription, no telling waiting time. Having an ill toddler complaining, and not telling the waiting time is not a good service. 30 minutes later they took health card info. After 50 minutes waiting I decided to leave without prescription. Super slow service. I only saw 2 persons ahead of me.

Poor customer service. Again. Called about a prescription on Monday was told 1-2 days I would get a call when it was ready. I had to call back and was told it had been ready for 3 days now. I asked why no one called me? I was told “not sure” then awkward silence and then I was hung up on. Not the first time the staff has been rude. I appreciate your response. But when I called to renew my prescription I asked the employee to call me when it was in. She said she would and did not. Let’s go farther back since you know who I am I have asked this be ready at your pharmacy since I had 4 repeats on it but still it wasn’t ready for the 3rd time.

The pharmacists always go above and beyond, not only with explaining prescription medications but also with over the counter medications (letting us know what we can or cannot take, such as Tylenol or Advil, or even juices like grapefruit juice) very thorough and respectful! They don’t just tell us where products are in the store, they will come out and show us and make sure we have exactly what we are looking for! I feel safe coming here and knowing that myself and my family are well informed on how to take medications and knowing that we are not misusing medications that could potentially harm us! Thank you :-)

The staff are always pleasant and willing to help. The pharmacists ensure the patients understand the medications they have been prescribed, including the proper dosage, time to take dose, side effects, and any interactions the prescription may have with other medications. Although wait times are often unpredictable in all pharmacies, the staff at Palermo have always ensured I am aware of the wait time, and always offer the option to drop off prescription and pick up at a later time if unable to wait. I would definitely recommend attending this pharmacy!

Why i have to wait 45 min for a simple prescription and there were 2 patients before me , what are these steps in the process that takes 15 min per patient ? Please improve the process and efficiency of your team since you are dealing with patients and waiting long time isn’t pleasant.

The staff here are patient and kind. Olivia went above and beyond in helping to book and administer vaccines to my family. She also took the time to answer my many questions with patience, kindness and a sense of humor :). She was quick and gentle with my needle phobic child. I highly recommend a visit to Olivia and her team to get vaccinated. We will be returning for future vaccinations.

Pharmacy called me to let me know that my prescription is ready. When I arrived the assistant did not find my name and denied that anyone called me unti I showed them their actual number on my phone. Finally the found my prescription and claimed that the clinic put my name wrong but when I checked my name on the prescription it was correct but the pharmacy was not professional enough to check the last name first.. I will not use this pharmacy again
