Shame on me for not reviewing Oak City Pharmacy earlier. I have been going here for a few years and I have no words for my continued experience. Galal and Mira are truly one of a kind. They go above and beyond each and every time. The time and genuine care is simply humbling to receive. If you live in Oakville, please fill your prescription here. Trust me, it's worth the drive, peace of mind and they are incredibly fast with all the orders. Cannot thank them enough. They are truly the BEST!

In the past, I've only ever dealt with the big chain and online pharmacies. Then I moved to Oakville. I walked into Oak City Pharmacy and was immediately greeted by Galal, the owner/pharmacist. Super friendly and accommodating. It didn't take long before I agreed to move my scripts over which Galal and his team handled for me. I've had my flu and shingles vaccines taken care of by Galal and his team. Most of all, when I was going through illness last fall, Galal was so helpful, kind, and compassionate. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend!

Galal is very honest and pleasant pharmacist to deal with. He knows the insurance tricks very well so you won't pay out of pocket wherever possible. He provides sound counseling service and if he doesn't have answers to your questions he would search it and get back to you i.e. he's not the type of Mr. I Know it all! Also they provide delivery to surrounding areas. I strongly recommend that you start to deal with him immediately ????

Great drugstore that carries an impressive variety of brands. The difference between it and the big chain stores is in service: Gelal behind the counter is very personable and swift in fulfilling a prescription. It's sort of a refreshing alternative to long waits in line at a lazy Shoppers DM, and we get to support a community business too.
