This place is run by the two most helpful and nice-to-deal-with pharmacists I've ever met. For instance, I regularly (monthly or so) buy a particular product for my kids that they didn't carry, and yet they were happy to bring it in and stock it for me simply based on my need. To boot, the pricing they put on it is more competitive than you'd find at Rexall (maybe not hard to fathom, but still). Always helpful & pleasant as well as well-informed. Highly recommend.

Let me be clear: I ONLY keep going to this clinic BECAUSE of the amazing Pharmacy and Pharmacists that work here. I have zero reason to go to this area as I now live in Toronto, and make the effort to come here for my prescriptions because the team here is incredible. The clinic next door leaves much to be desired, but these guys remember me every time even though I come in once every 3 months for like 2 minutes. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all that they do!

I am a pharmacist by trade licensed in Quebec but I also work across Canada. I sent a friend here to get Bactroban antibiotic cream which is sold behind the counter but can be bought without a prescription. My friend who has three kids under the age of 3, so busy schedule, was told she needed a prescription. She did not know any better but managed to go see a doctor for a prescription. The box of cream, even generic products, do not have a pr in front of the name of the product; the pr stands for prescribed product. She was told to get a prescription by the pharmacy so that if the pharmacy gets a prescription they can make money by charging a dispensing fee (even though it was fully reimbursed for one of her kids). I am also going to make a complaint to the Ontario college of pharmacists. This is unacceptable and the reason why patients do not trust pharmacists in Ontario.

This is the greatest customer service experience! I switched from Shoppers Drug Mart to Lakeshore Woods Pharmacy. I went to various Shopper Drug stores over the last 30 years. I have now been going to Lakeshore Woods for the last two years, and have always received very attentive, knowledgable advice and assistance. The pharmacist knows you and you get to know and trust him. It is a warm and friendly place, the opposite experience of most cookie cutter drug stores. Thank you, and keep up the amazing service!

I've been using this pharmacy for quite some time now, and I've been meaning to write a review since the first time they filled a prescription for me! Since I'm stopping soon for a refill, I just remembered! The two male pharmacists at Lakeshore Woods Pharmacy are beyond helpful. They even delivered my medication to my door once when I wasn't able to get it. They are professional and polite, very clear and concise with medication instructions, and they are clearly dedicated to running a top notch operation. Even though there are other pharmacies closer to our home, we always drive the extra few miles to get our medications here.

I had a prescription I needed filled and I usually go to the Shoppers on Appleby and New , when I called there they said that my prescription was back ordered and would not be available for 6 weeks. They also said no one around had any and they could not and would not help me. Feeling desperate I decided to start with the Pharmacy closest to my house and keep calling until I found it. I am so happy this was my first call. They said yes they were aware this was out of stock but he said to give him a few minutes and he would call around and locate some for me. Within 10 min he had called me back , he had my prescription transferred and I had my medication within an hour. I was so impressed and grateful for the help. This level of service goes above and beyond, I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to this Pharmacy.
