My colleagues and I have switched to this pharmacy due to its high level of professionalism, its quick accommodating service and knowledgeable yet very hospitable staff. The fact that they even offer to deliver to you if you are not capable of coming in for pick up , shows that they are highly hospitable, humane and super people friendly. My experience with them has always been very pleasant. I have recommended them to my staff and would do so to everyone.

I would give this place twenty stars if I could. Lauren is amazing. She takes care of my parents like they were her own. She is caring, follows up with the doctors, will contact Ohip on your behalf and educates you about the meds you are taking. My parents switched from shoppers drug mart and have never been happier with the level of sercis and care she gives. I would recommend her and her business in a heart beat

Lauren over at healing hands has been great. Always a friendly face behind the counter answering any questions you have and always willing to go above and beyond making sure you are taken care of in every way possible. There are literally zero wait times so your in and out. During this pandemic she is personally dropping off prescriptions to anyone in the general area while other pharmacy's require you to still drive there and wait in your car and they consider that.. Delivery..I can't say enough good things about this place so if your sick of the wait times. The vague answers rushing you out the door or the grumpy faces. Visit lauren. Over at healing hands.
