Poorly run. 2 different ppl Told me meds would be ready and they forgot to make them. Called to ask about pricing and wasnt told till the day i went to pick it up that they would charge extra. Poor customer service, not upfront about costs and neither ppl apologized for not having meds ready despite me having to leave and come back. Also they dont direct bill which is the first pharmacy ive ever been to that doesnt. 2 ???? bcuz there prices are competitive.

Amazing place with very welcoming people ! Clean and well organized. The minute we enter the Pharmacy we are greeted with a smile, especially Maria. We are very happy with their service, the staff is friendly and prompt. As for Mike Gouda I cannot sing enough his praises, courteous with a gregarious laugh. He is tremendously knowledgeable ! He even took the trouble to send my medication to Florida. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Tremendous customer service . Thank you one and all !!!????????.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used to fill prescriptions. My doctor is in the same building so that’s how I discovered it. The staff is always courteous, friendly and professional. The pharmacists themselves are equally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They will take the time to explain the medication and answer all questions you may have about the side effects or interactions with other medications or non-prescription items like vitamins and herbal remedies. They are also very quick and efficient and accept drug cards and make the transactions easy. I highly recommend this pharmacy for your prescriptions or any other pharmacy needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy! My boyfriend and I use them for everything. The staff there always take their time with you, are so polite and helpful. They take time and go out of their way to help explain things to you about the medication and what to look for, they are polite and even if there is a line up they don't rush you to hurry so they can move onto the next person. Thank you guys for being so great, you will forever have mine and my families business.

I was at this pharmacy recently , The man that took my prescription from me was very unfriendly and made me very uncomfortable .He was leaning on the counter and did not make eye contact with me once. If I was not in such a hurry I would not have got my prescription at this store. I will certainly not be coming back. Maybe you should address this problem considering you are the best pharmacy in Oakville.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for many years now. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Maria, WOW!! Such a pleasure to deal with, she is friendly and truly cares about her customers... My mom who is a senior gets her medication delivered at no extra cost.

The Pharmacists at Halton Pharmacy really came through for our family. Our son has to take iron supplements, and the power the kids' version comes in tastes horrible. It was a fight every night to have him take it, even when it was mixed with applesauce or in a smoothie. When presented with our problem, the pharmacists at Halton Pharmacy went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us. They figured out that they could take the adult capsules, break them down, and prepare mini-exact-dose capsules for our son. Now he takes one capsule at night - no fighting and no tears. They really were an answer to our prayers.
