Love this place! Everyone is so helpful and friendly

Pros: Courteous front desk staff. Cons: only doctor available left early that day. Bad luck! I hope it is an isolated case.

I asked the doctor to fill out a medical from the Government. She rudely said "She does not do forms". She is licenced to provide medical service but she would not examine me and fill out a form?. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I reported her to the authorities. We must never forget our tax money pays for this.

(Edit) Dalia is really kind, friendly and helpful, however, the other lady in the front desk (without a pair of glasses) is not that friendly and welcoming (she doesn’t smile). I enjoyed my first visit there with Dalia in the front desk, however, when I did go for the second time to pick up my blood test result the other lady was there. I had an extremely bad experience with her. I’m sorry to describe it in this way, but the way that she talked to me and the attitude make me angry. (She asked me to call after a certain time, I went to the clinic instead of calling, because I thought I could pick up my blood test result along the way. However, as I showed up in the clinic. After I told her my name, her face was like wth? and she said why you here, I asked you to call. ) The medical center has great and comfy environment, plus sound proof walls. You can talk about your symptoms and feelings freely with just the doctor. However, I’d rather go back to my old clinic with not-so-good environment, at least every single staff there is friendly. I understand that it’s silly for not going to the clinic just because of one lady in the front desk, the doctors should be the main reason for patients to choose whether you should go to the clinic or not. Personally, I do value staff working in the front desk and the doctor equally, because most of the time that a patient spends in a clinic is waiting (waiting for your turn to see the doctor). It’s important that the staff in the front desk is willing to let you know when it is your turn or how long you should be waiting instead of showing patients the face. BTW, thank you Dalia for calling me and I think it’s only fair to let you know my thoughts and reason on this rating.

This was my first visit to this walk in clinic. The location is convenient and the clinic is beautifully designed and very clean. Both Dalia and Ziad were personal and friendly. They took the time to learn about my needs and they truly cared and didn't just process me through like many other walk in clinics do. I highly recommend this location for both medical attention and pharmacy needs.

Absolutely a great clinic. I went to the pharmacy for a pill that needed to be ordered. The next day I could not go to pick it up! Ziyad (The pharmacist) personally delivered it to my place! Staff in this clinic go out of their way for great customer service. The clinic is clean and organized. And there is never a long waiting even when for walk ins. I totally recommend this place!

Bad experience over all. Went there looking for a female family doctor. I just moved to the area and in need of a family physician for a Due PAP test. So I was thrilled to hear that there are two female family docs accepting patients at this location. The first one I don’t even remember her name. Went for the meet and greet and she didn’t even know the difference between a vegan and vegetarian. Where is the education? Scary! Went back to meet Dr Ali (the second doc). Straight away first thing that hits me; Poor hygiene, I could smell B.O as soon as I walked in from this doctor, which scared me off from doing a PAP test which is what I had intended to do, in the near future. I had a list of 4 things that needed to be addressed and even tho I was there already and we could have easily addressed all four things, she wanted me to come back over and over to get one thing at at time looked at. I don’t have time to keep coming back over and over, specially when you can easily get things done all in one appointment. I came in on my day off I can’t just come in whenever. I would have had to wait till my next day off and that would only work if it coincides with her schedule of mon 9-2 Thursday 9-2 or every other Saturday, just crazy!! Basically impossible! It’s all a money Grab I could clearly tell she just wanted me to keep coming in over and over so they can charge the health card over and over. One of the things I wanted was to get a specific blood test done as a preventative and of-course she said No to that too. So unless I’m at a point of no return And really sick, I’m not allowed to know what I have until it’s too late. I thought doctors were supposed to help us and keep us healthy. Like I said this is all a money grab and they don’t really care. Sad!

Dr. Ali is my family doctor, she is super professional and kind. She helps me a lot when I was diagnosed with a serious illness. She is nice, understanding and listens to the needs of her patients. Thank you Dr. Ali !

Shocking experience. I book an appointment with Dr. Nabi at the Dundas Neyagawa Medical Clinic for a skin inflammation that was quite concerning. I was also hoping to find a new family doctor as I just moved into the area. Dr. Nabi comes in rushed as if burdened with this appointment like he has some better place to be. When I tell him I'm looking for a family doctor, he tells me "but you don't need one." As I begin to explain to him the pains I've been having, he cuts me off exactly 5 minutes into our meeting and says "that's ok, you can explain this to me next week when you come in. Today is just a hello, we don't have time for anything more." He opened the door and walked me out to the front desk, and tells the receptionist, Christine to book me another visit for next Wednesday but for an earlier time slot. I explained that I work 9-5 monday through friday and I can only come in the evenings or weekends. He says "well next time we'll do 10 or 15 minutes instead, that's how much they pay me and that's all you'll get from me". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked him why so rude? He said " I am not rude, just straight up. Sorry if you don't like it. I highly do not recommend dealing with Dr. Nabi and his clinic. Worst experience I've ever had any medical institution. I can't believe he spoke to a patient that way, in front of other staff and patients also!

This is by far the worst walk-in clinic I've ever been too. Receptionist (Dalia) was 15 minutes late. I was first one here at open (9am on a Monday) with my sick child, I had 4 people go in ahead of me. Sat around for an hour waiting with a single book to read. The receptionist (Dalia) started giving me snarky attitude when I inquired to how much longer until we were seen. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in 2 weeks, I would not recommend this place at all. I don't appreciate being treated as less than a priority by a healthcare professional that can't be bothered to be at work on time. The gentleman at the pharmacy was a very nice man. The doctor didn't seem very knowledgeable at their job either. 0/10 avoid this place save your time.

Varsha Canagasaby

This is my go-to walk-in clinic. They are always able to accommodate my family. We are always greeted with a smile, and both the receptionist and pharmacist are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this walk in clinic.

RoRo

Very nice pharmacy wonderful people always so helpful. The walk in clinic is super fast and great doctors.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Staff unprofessional! Doctors see you for five minutes and literally push you out the door. Dr.Nabi is a doctor I was a witness to his unprofessional practice and his lack of care for the patient. Lady siting st the front literally laughing at patient when he asked why he only had a five minute appointment and was kicked out and the doctor said: “that’s all the time you get, thats all I get paid for”. This doctor not only was rude but also mocked the patient in front of other patients. The owner of the place said:” sorry for your experience but I can’t do anything about it.” I have never seen anything like this EVER. I understand the Canadian medical system can be a huge disappointment but this goes beyond. Especially since we live in a first world country. Shame on you Dr. nabi and shame on this medical clinic.

Mehak Hussain

The most traumatizing experience of my life for 2 years the doctors here gave me the wrong medication!!!!!! They did not ask me the right questions. They assume things about the patient. Dr. Ali is judgemental she judges people because of their faith to be a certain way. And she judges one when she is asking questions or assumes. I also went to this Punjabi doctor whose name I forget now as it’s been a while but I felt like people need to know regarding this unethical clinic. These doctors I went to several gave me the wrong medication for 2 years, the humility, the expenses and the nonstop visits made me feel exhausted and traumatized. I also would get charged 90$ for my university regarding my medical report. I was told by my university doctor that is a rip off other students get this service for free. Dalia and her husband are fake nice they really don’t care about their patients. They are running a business without any conscious. I was so young and got taken advantage off by their clinic, staff and doctors. No one should feel embarrassed and tormented. Doctors should be professional. They changed 4 medications and they were not working each month I would ask them to do different check ups, the doctors even said yes that’s bad that your body is getting used to these medications. I went to another clinic after two years and they instantly told me what medication I needed.

The team at the Medical Centre and Pharmacy provide an outstanding experience and a wonderful customer experience, would highly recommend!

This pharmacy and clinic is fantastic. Short wait times for the most part, friendly service, and the pharmacist had repeatedly gone above and beyond to help my family. Grateful to have this place so close to home.

I came to the clinic with a cough that itch my entire lungs. My right ear was also ringing since I came back from California. After he checked to see if I have a fever or my throat was infected and could not find anything he sent me home with a nasal spray and an allergy pill during the middle of the winter. That night I broke into a fever and continuously coughing for the next five days. I have to drive to Mississauga to my family doctor to find out that I actually have a flu virus. That’s show how imcompetence this doctor is and luckily it was just a “flu” that make me miss a whole week of work. If it was something more serious, I don’t know what the consequences would be on my health.

Future TMRRW

MONEY GRABS. Cant trust them uneffective and inexperience. I should be doctor instead only dum dum works here.

I have used this pharmacy several times and I have nothing but good things to say. The pharmacist, Ziad is helpful and knowledgeable in his field. He takes the time to explain things in detail. Thank you for the great service you provide.

Vishal Kapoor

First time I took my daughter to walk-in-clinic at our Fortinos Plaza and I had a wonderful experience by dealing with Ziad Dino (the owner) when I was purchasing prescription medicine. Very understanding and accommodating gentleman. I left my Medical Insurance card at home. I said let me go get it. He said, "No worries take the medicine and bring it later or tell me where is your regular Pickup store?" He phoned my regular medical store and got all the details in no time. That's called providing a great experience to customers. Do visit them when you in need. Thanks Ziad Dino.

dharmil jokhakar

Very delighted by the services offered. The staff is really very friendly and nice and the doctors are also very good. If searching for the walk in’s this is the best in town????????????????

Areeha

Ziad is an amazing person and pharmacist. He genuinely cares about his customers. When I see or phone the pharmacy, he never forgets to asks about my family's well being. He is honest, kind and incredibly knowledgeable in his profession. Switching my pharmacy needs from Costco and Shoppers Drug Mart to finally with Ziad 's pharmacy has made a world of a difference in my experience.

Gustavo Silva

Effective and warm service. They are always very helpful providing professional advice and guidance, always with the best friendly attitude.

S Leah

Wait time as a walk in patient was significant given there was only one person ahead of me (45+ min). Wouldn’t go back again. There are faster walk-in clinics in the area.

Margaret

This place is so bad at providing service. The doctors are never available when they are supposed to be a family doctor, and they are unwilling to help. Dr Ali is never there and when you call they will tell you certain days and when you show up they say that she isn’t in. The pharmacist is very helpful and informative but i have not met a family or walk in doctor at this location that provides good service. I am switching immediately.

Pharmacy (pharmacist Ziad), receptionist and Doctor Germanus all are very professional. I highly recommend this place. Very calm compose explained things in detail. Thanks for providing such a pleasant experience. Stay blessed

Arcane 777

The Pharmacist ,the reception ladies and Dr Ali are absolutely fantastic. Love them dealing with my kids. On the other hand I gave four stars which should’ve been a full five stars if they didn’t have so-called Dr Germanus. I would rather stab myself in the eyes than see her again. Rude and dismissive. Dr Ali is great. dr germanus thumbs down when it comes to children and even adults.

WOW ???? the receptionist was amazing taking me in right away. I felt welcomed the moment I came into the clinic. Thank you for being open!!

The Dermatologist prescribed me Doxycycline - which completely damaged my esophagus permanently. Do not trust.

I am a 63 years old male and have visited the Medical Centre for almost two years since I moved into Oakville, they have taken care of all my medical needs, i.e. consultations, prescriptions, referrals to specialists and all the works when medically necessary. My gratitude to Daliah for her kindness at reception, to Ziad for his knowledgeable advice, to Dr. Ali for her excellent advice, to Dr. Nabi and Dr. Fadi for taking care of my overall health. They are an excellent team and I am happy to recommend them 100%!

sk84ever

other than the lovely receptionist, pharmacist, and short waiting hours, the doctor there were terrible. I will not say her name but she was very dismissive and did not answer any questions we had. Nearing the end of our visit we asked her something and running out the door she said “have a nice day bye” and left very rudely. She simply did not care for my injury but rather looked at it as a piece of homework she had to get over with. We do NOT recommend you to go to this place. NONE of your questions will be answered.

Mehul Jani

Me and my family always go to this clinic for any health issues .. We take appointment for Dr. Zawi Rami who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He will answer all your queries with patience and to 100% satisfaction...Highly recommended...Please ask for Dr. Zawi when you visit this clinic...Thank you Doctor for looking after my family. highly appreciated..

Doctors & pharmacist are efficient, wait time is fairly long

Mary D

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for about a year now, and I could honestly say I’ve never been disappointed in my care...Love the Pharmacist Ziad (he himself came out for curb side pick up) he has always gone over and beyond for my mom. Thanks for staying open during Covid and for keeping the clinic and pharmacy spotless.

Worst experience ever and it is all my fault going back to this terrible clinic My first time there I went for my daughter dr was not very knowledgeable and after I got the prescription and I left they called me right away to come back as they gave me a prescription with the medication that my daughter needed BUT different patient's name !!!!! and the other time I just asked the receptionist how long do I have to wait and if it is going to be more than an hr I don't want to wait just asked for approximate time I did not want to by-pass anyone she was very rude talking to me and when I told her please give me back the health-card she thrown it on the desk and did not hand it to my hand very rude never recommend this place

F Daoud

Friendly staff with sense of urgency and attention to detail. The pharmacy is on time with prescriptions and vaccinations/covid testing. I moved my prescriptions from the big chain as this practice is closer to me.

Carol Sajor

Please note - my expectation for walk-in clinics is not high. Here I had a Super short wait (5 mins), doctor asked good questions and quickly diagnosed. I did not like having to go to the pharmacist to pick up my prescription. But the pharmacist seemed to be quite knowledgeable (as I was eavesdropping on another conversation while waiting my turn). He also took the time to call Shoppers to get my drug coverage info. He was very patient with other patients - very kind and professional.

Ana Pocovi

Great pharmacy, I really like the service from the pharmacist, he is sensitive, science based, has everything ready and gives you really good explanations and recommendations to your medication. Certainly a go-to place.

Brian C

My experience here was great! I was able to come by on my lunch and get in and out fairly quickly. Ziad the Pharmacist there spent some good time explaining the medication, how to take it, potential side effects etc. I also really appreciated that that he followed up with me a couple of days after I was there to see how I was feeling. It was a nice personal touch.

Brenda D

After years of using the "big box" pharmacy, I finally moved to Dundas Neyagawa Pharmacy. The service is second to none and they remember your name!!! Personalized service and always willing to answer questions. Excellent location.

Jas Z

The walk-in front desk girl is very nice, helpful, responsible and knowledgeable, doctors are good too, fast turn around

Tina Yao

Went there because I was having shoulder pain, but I also wanted to get a blood work done. Dr. Yan refused to give me a blood work because she said I need to go to my family doctor. I told her I don’t have a family doctor and the last time I did my blood work was 6 years ago. She still wouldn’t do it for me, she said she’s only seeing me walk in for shoulder pain. Anyway, This is how she treats walk in patients. Very unsatisfied with my visit. They also wouldn’t do a Pap test for me. Apparently the doctors would only see u for one thing there. If u have multiple issues, forget it. The pharmacist deserves 5 stars though

Almammy Sillah

over 1hr30mins wait time with my sick son. why would I ever come back? Ridiculous

Imtiaz Shaikh

Extremely unprofessional staff. Made us wait very long for our appointment while Pharmacist accommodating people he known. People were made to jump the line. Will never go back there.

NAZISH RAZA

Simply amazing!!

Erica C Molinaro

The pharmacist was very kind and knowledgeable. He was great to deal with and I will definitely go there for all my prescriptions. Front desk was also very polite. The doctors are OK. I didn't feel my questions were answered and will have to do a follow up to my family doctor. However, for a walk in, it was great.

Had an appointment with Dr. Ali and I must say I wasn’t even comfortable getting examined by her due to what seems for sure to be a lac of hygiene by her part. Her body odour was so strong that I had to cut my appointment short as I couldn’t grasp for fresh air. She also is very rude and unprofessional. There are plenty of great medical centres in Oakville but unfortunately this one is not one of them. I should of read some reviews on this place prior to booking my appointment. I was not shocked to read that many feel the same way.

Ahmed Khalil

The pharmacist is wonderful gentleman, very accommodating. He goes out of his way to help and give the right advices to clients.

Mihaita Bighiu

Me and my daughter have become patients of this new clinic and have been extremely happy with both the medical doctor and the pharmacist's services and expertise. They are experienced, reliable , helpful and caring professionals, and we are recommending them to all our friends and the rest of our family members. We feel very grateful as we are well taken care of at Dundas Neyagawa Medical Centre and Pharmacy .

I M

Poor communication between doctors and medical assistants which leads to frustration and stress for the patient. Some doctors do not keep appointment times. Administration fails to respond to patient concerns. All in all - poor service and care.

G. Bhatt

Came into the office this morning, the receptionist was great, with the covid protocols Dr Zawi called me and then suggested I come to the clinic. He was very professional and helped me out. Convenient to have the pharmacy right there too

jonathan smithson

Oakville residents please note that doctors at this walk in clinic have not returned to work. They refuse to see patients (immunized or not) regardless of the symptoms. Whatever your symptoms are they won't see you unless you bring in a negative Covid test. They do not take ANY risks. They do offer phone appointments because they are risk free. They tell you that a doctor will call you and invite you into the clinic for a proper examination if there is a need for one. However, the doctor will tell you to go to the hospital if you need to be examined (ie: for sore throat or anything like that). We all pay for these phone appointments but they are useless. Don't waste your time with this walk in clinic. They don't care about the patients. There are other walk in clinics in Oakville where you can take your family, your sick children, and be seen by physicians who are not asking for a negative Covid test.

Two months ago after cleaning my ear I partially lost hearing in it. I went to this clinic and asked if the doctor could see and clean what I believed to be impacted earwax. The doctor said I had an ear infection and prescribed for me an anti-fungal and an antibiotic. When I again asked if the obstruction can be cleaned the answer was: only after I take the medications and clear the infection. I also noticed doctor was in a hurry, like she was doing something important in another room. When I tried asking some questions she told me to let her focus. Its funny because it was the middle of the day and there were no other patients there. I was told to finish the full course of the antibiotic and not interrupt it when I feel better. I bough the prescriptions and immediately started taking them. Several days went by with no improvement to my ear. Moreover about 5 days in I stared getting intermittent stomach pain and darkened stool with a bit of what looked like blood. After earlier being told that the antibiotic I was given as a side effect destroys the intestinal bacteria I continued with the medication. Also with zero improvement to my ear I have become resigned to the possibility that my ear might be permanently damaged. Finally, after finishing the medication with no improvement I went to my family doctor so he could look at my ear and tell me if anything can be done. He looked at it and injected water into the ear, clearing the earwax obstruction within 5 minutes. Moreover he told me the antibiotic that I was given was unnecessary. For almost two weeks I have believed that my ear is damaged but all it took to fix it was an ear syringe with water and 5 minutes of my family doctor's time. JUST 5 MINUTES!!! This is only half the story. I believe the antibiotic I was prescribes set off a series of events that culminated with me developing progressively worse intestinal bleeding, ending up in a hospital for two weeks, given a blood transfusion and being diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis. I have been unable to work for the last month and might not go back for many more weeks until my hemoglobin recovers. But I seem to be recovering now, God willing. I know that me developing Ulcerative colitis could not be foreseen and is not the doctor's fault, however what drives me nuts is when I think that all I have described could have possibly been prevented by flushing my ear with warm water - a 5 minute procedure. I just wish I never set foot in this clinic.

Tony Duong

Doctor I had problem with left, staff, doctor and pharmacists friendly

Laura Uribe

The doctors here are extremely smart and personable ! Definitely will be back soon!

I had the most ridiculous experience at Dundas Neyagawa medical centre. I requested a body examination and Dr. Harpal Singh Ubhi questioned me and said it is completely waste of his time and taxpayer’s money to do annual checkups. What??? I explained the reason behind my concern then he goes... oh then that is a different story. All he wanted is just to rush patient out of his office and don’t do anything. He then said not the doctors at this clinic can do physical examination. Then WHY do you have you make that unprofessional and disrespectful statement??? Despite there is no clear communication at their reception indicating who can do such examination, but he is he MOST condescending and rude individual I have ever met. I feel intimidated, angry and frustrated leaving this clinic.

Great clinic, great doctor and staffs. Last month, my son gets a small plastic ball stuck in his nose, then we came to this clinic. The staffs here are very nice and the doctors are very professional. They helped to try their best to pull that plastic ball out from my son's nose, which really helped us, because we were worried about this for that whole afternoon. So, again, thanks so much for all their help. This clinic will always be our first choice.
