I had a really bad experience with this clinic. I waited for the family doctor for literally 2 hours and didn’t get a doctor to diagnose me. The receptionist treated me horribly and was very disrespectful. I don’t recommend at all.

What a professional staff I really like how they are helpful and clearly explain to you what you need except the woman with the blond hair she treated me aggressively and this is her second time, I asked her to stable my receipt on the Medicine and she refused! She ruined my day.

This pharmacy continues to plaster our neighbourhood with illegal nuisance signs. Every couple of months this visual pollution cheapens our subdivision. Please don't shop here or encourage this.

Overall this is a great pharmacy. They are all friendly and curious. Even the one employee which may seem like she is rude she is NOT. She has that straight to the point personality and says it as it is but smiles second later with you. I been to many of them and this is definitely one of the best, in fact second best as only one i liked better. For those that complain and write poor review maybe be fair and include full ACTUAL story (not your version) of why you don't like it? Because they didn't break the law or such reasons to help you. I see this all the time, arguments over reasons i'd say no, looking for others to blame when its you thats at fault or another 3rd party. that being said. they did hire a new older female pharmacist that's not the brightest tool in shed but experienced staff steps in when they see they need to. give her time and lets see. one VERY BAD thing about this pharmacy and why 4 stars instead of 5 is the hours. You can't dispense M****** and open at 10a and close at 3pm. how are people working suppose to get their medicine? Before work, not unless they start at 11am which no one does. After work? Anyone finsh at 2pm to make it there by 3? so yeah thats only one VERY bad aspect

Don't see how they can call themselves "friendly". Was waiting in line for my turn patiently when the blonde staff member asked me what I was waiting for. I said I have a question about one of my medications and she said " okay well there's other people so you're going to have to wait". So I said "I am waiting" and she walked away with a straight face. I don't understand the point of asking me what in there for and telling me to wait while I already was in line, minding my own business and not in a rush. I have had other similar situations with this worker. I've got one more prescription to fill and I'm out of there.

The pharmacist and the staff were the most helpful and friendly staff i have ever met. The prices were fair and they said they would match any price. They offered me free delivery. there hours are great opening six days a week. Five days a week till 7 pm. I have made them my lifetime pharmacy. Thank you to the staff.

This phramacy is very organised and keep paper work tidy .. The owner is a sweetheart and is always willing to help you. The staff is friendly and welcoming and wait time is minimal. plus the discounts which the pharmacy do ...saving a lot of money , treating every one as a special person , highly recommending it ...

There's a walk-in clinic here that has a good female doctor who takes her time to listen to your complaints and actually knows her stuff. Sorry but i forgot her name. We usually go to our family doctor but decided to get a second opinion. We brought our son here for a check up cause he's been coughing for a couple of weeks and seems like he's not getting better. After a check up. Doctor diagnosed him with bronchitis and asthma. She prescribed puffers. After a week cough is gone.

My name is Yezen I found miss call from the office I called them I don’t know who’s answered But she was very unpolite with me because she wants to give the phone number of sleep clinic and i told her that I don’t have a pen to write the number so i start to dial it on the same time she is telling me the number but suddenly she said with angry voice ( I don’t want to hear the peep in my ear) and she shut down the phone Without any word of sorry or even bye This very unpolite

I had my surgery moved up and needed about 8 different medications, some of them were pretty hard to find. I went to a bunch of other pharmacies and couldn't find anyone to fill my prescription. The staff here were so helpful, they gave me the meds they had in stock and ordered a shipment of the missing ones to deliver it to my house (45 mins away) the next day. Pleasant experience in the pharmacy and the driver was really sweet, would definitely recommend.

So disappointed at this pharmacy. My daughter needed to receive a specific vaccine for school purposes. Our family doctor sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy first and it took the family doctor a week to correct the prescription even though we advised them right away. We finally got the right prescription and the pharmacy was refusing to order the vaccine until we payed a deposit. I have never been told before that I have to pay a deposit. I needed this vaccine for an appointment in two days, I had to rush last minute to pay a deposit otherwise they wouldn’t order it and my daughter would not receive her shot on time and it would have resulted in delay of starting her school program. I have never been told by any pharmacy in the past that they will only order my prescription if I pay ahead. I was treated like a fraud who would just order something and not pick it up and pay for it for no reason.When I asked for an explanation I was told it is what it is and if I have an issue with it I can talk to the owner on Monday. I will never use this pharmacy again!!!! There is a very valid reason for a 2.8 rating on Google!!

The people at the pharmacy were very professional and helpful. They were very organized. My perscription only took a few minutes. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I will recommend this pharmacy to all of my friends and family. Thank you to the staff.

Spent only ONE month with this pharmacy. They are extremely incompetent. I switched from Shoppers Drug Mart to this small pharmacy which was a huge mistake! The first and only time I filled a prescription and they couldn't find it anywhere. I made SIX phone calls before they finally found my prescription. Two separate individuals working there gave me different information as to when I could pick up my medication. Extremely unprofessional! I now understand WHY they are looking desperately for new people to get their prescriptions filled there. I will spend more money, save the headaches and return immediately to Shoppers.
