Amazing location near hasty market and a shawarma place , tons of parking space . Came in for my 2nd doze of Pfizer . This store gave me the first call compared to all the others in Oakville . The pharmacist Nermen was amazing , and was polite and professional. I didn’t feel a thing when I got the vaccine .

Early this morning I left a voicemail requesting for a PCR test. I received a call back very soon asking me to come over asap to get the test done. Upon my arrival, the girl almost immediately came to my car and administered the test. She was quite thorough and professional in her work. Awesome pharmacist! We found this local pharmacy when my elderly mother needed her flu shot and she still had stock. The pharmacist is very professional, informative and caring! We often do not have to call for repeats as she keeps track and has them ready before we even ask. She cares about her patients and even called to ask about my mother a couple days after she was admitted to hospital! I would highly recommend this pharmacy

We live in Clearview and started using Clearview Pharmacy even before Nermen got her inventory in place. We got our second Covid shots and our boosters the day we became eligible due to Nermen's efforts. I booked my booster shot for Covid-19 vaccine through their website. No issues. However when I went in for my appointment, I saw a number of people waiting already. There’s only one person who gives shots, takes phone calls, does pharmacy work and does drive by covid tests all at one time which causes the delay. I suggested to them that they space out the appointments to avoid having people to wait and waste time and also to avoid crowding inside the pharmacy. The person who gave me the shot was very UNPROFESSIONAL and seemed INEXPERIENCED in giving the shot. Without warning me or telling me to take a deep breath, she just jabbed me which caused me to shake a little and she complained about that. When I told her about my positive experience at UTM for the first two shots, she rudely asked me if I was expecting her to be like those nurses. Well, Yes Ms Basanty, at the least.
