They are quick to fill prescriptions and bill directly through my extended health. I'm so glad I switched from my previous pharmacy-chain to a place where I feel valued and truly cared for. Before I went travelling I was also able to get all my vaccinations at Vital Health, quick and easy! More than just prescriptions! I highly recommend Vital Health for all your pharmaceutical needs.

This is by far the best pharmacy my family and I have ever patronized. Our family used to go to a chain pharmacy but moved over to Vital Health in January, 2015 and are so pleased we made the change. When we were using the chain pharmacy, pharmacists we dealt with were constantly changing and as a result, we found that there was no continuity of care. When we began going to Vital Health we found that we were able to consult with the pharmacists, Jonathan and Anna, on a consistent basis. The pharmacists go above and beyond the call of duty in conferring with the treating physicians concerning the prescriptions and with us in dispensing our medications. The staff continually monitors our family’s prescriptions and contact us on a timely basis to ensure that the prescriptions are renewed and medications are available when needed. I highly recommend Vital Health Pharmacy.

We needed a small quantity of an obscure, expensive, and very necessary medicine for my husband who is currently immunocompromised, and we needed it FAST! After three big pharmacies said they didn't not have it and didn't offer to order it in (as they would have lost money for the surplus), one pharmacist referred us to Vital Health. Don worked hard ordering what he could and phoning around to other pharmacies for the rest, and didn't stop until he found what we needed. Amazing service, Don and the staff truly care about their clients' health first, and put people ahead of profit. Thank you so much for helping us!!

Everyone from the owners to the pharmacists to the lady at the front counter are awesome. Friendly and totally professional. There are a hundred places to get a prescription filled in this city. Excellent care today. We do not have a GP yet in Victoria and I needed one for a cancer drug injection. I used a walk in clinic doctor twice and he did not even ask what I needed the drug for nor did he read the information required and refused on the second occasion, my request to warm it prior to injection. I could hardly walk for 3 days after. BCCA found Vital Health for me and what a difference~~professional, informed and no pain whatsoever.
