Excellent pharmacists, I got more help out of a foreign pharmacist this past family day than I’ve gotten out of 4 doctors. These guys should be the standard for many other pharmacies and that includes big chains I’ve been to, like CVS and Walgreens in the states to Shoppers and Guardian in Canada, not to mention some UK druggists. Even the assistants are ten times better than your average US pharmacist !

Heart Pharmacy is the best pharmacy on the Island by far!!! I would have given them 5 stars except my last visit. I had the misfortune of meeting the store manager. He was shockingly arrogant and rude to us when we asked him a question about a product. The staff is always super friendly and helpful but this time it felt very uncomfortable to say the least. This manager seems to have ruined morale as the staff all seemed upset or uncomfortable when he pranced to the front of the store. So very sad about that. It was the best pharmacy I'd ever dealt with. I'm not so sure I care to go back.

Used to be my favorite pharmacy, until today when I tried to return a small item without receipt (but based on the card I used), and the manager started weird insinuations that I took that particular item from their shelves and tried to return it for cash! I've never been SO APPAULED, just wow. The item was like $10, and I forgot to return it earlier and lost the receipt somewhere at home. Any self-respecting store would either decline a return, OR would simply and respectfully make a return to retain a loyal customer. The old lady providing service (manager?) obviously hates herself and the whole world. Will never shop there again, and DO NOT RECOMMEND, stay away if you don't want to be disrespected by some inadequate person. Lowest possible level of customer service I've ever encountered.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, and this place has great prices on the most random things. Occasionally lacking in specific medical supplies, but otherwise a great store.

Make sure you keep up the second appointment in 48 to 72 hours and see doctor, otherwise you need to get an appointment at any walk-in clinic and get the result tested and necessary report printed.

I reported a concern I had about the delivery of my blister packs which I have been getting on a weekly basis. The pharmacist argued with me as if to suggest I was not reporting what happened accurately. He could not have cared less about my experience. No apology and no concern. I canceled all my prescriptions from this pharmacy and will go back to the pharmacy in my neighborhood. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Not a lot of “heart” in this encounter!

I spoke with Hannah at the pharmacy on the phone about covid-19 vaccinations. She was insensitive, rude, and cut me off repeatedly. She dismissed my questions and continued to comment on how I should get my "doctors notes in order" because they do not offer the vaccinations anymore. I checked online and it says they are a vaccination site and their answering machine says the same. She could have approached this in a much more professional manner than she did. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you actually want help.

Called in a few days ago to see if I could swap a prescription over from my previous pharmacy, Hanna was very unprofessional over the phone, not to mention unhelpful and I ended up switching to another pharmacy even though it is farther away from my new home. Would not recommend calling in, but I don’t have any experience with customer treatment in-store.

These folks are my goto pharmacy in Victoria. I have been using them for almost 20 years now without a single regret. The pharmacy staff have helped me in more ways than i can count over the years, & i have developed a wonderful report with them. All the staff are friend ly and helpfull and yhey have a post office here as well!
